Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean. Breakfast offered a lot of choice and open for a long period of time. Room was adequate for the duration of our stay. Within easy reach of city centre by tram. Good value for money. Vienna as a city quite expensive but exchange rate is currently not in our favour., but a city worth a visit for history and cafe culture. Very clean and relaxed.
