The location of the hotel near the gondola station was very good. The staff in the hotel were very nice, the public areas were smart and comfortable. The ski locker facilities were convenient. The food was fine with some very interesting dishes. Given the price of the holiday, the hotel was good value.

Friendly staff and nicely located hotel with great view over the mountains and village below. Staff have limited English ( unlike hotels in major locations ) but that was fine for us as we could practice our German in the knowledge that we wouldn't be met with a condescending smile and a reply in English. Also we were the only " foreigners " in the hotel which was fine by us as everything was authentic Austrian. Room was comfortable although the bed a little unforgiving. Unlike a lot of hotels, the bar prices were reasonable especially during the 4-5 PM Happy Hour ( strictly adhered to ). Decent buffet breakfast and evening meal with reasonable choice. Very good value deal for a nice hotel in a lovely part of Austria.

Very clean and warm, reception desk staff where very pleasant and helpful breakfast was very nice large buffet selection hot and cold. Waitress was very polite and couldn't do enough for us, we have already recommended to our friends and they have booked to go.
