The automatic upgrades to a deluxe suite in Dubai at Fraser suites and also automatic upgrade to a jacuzzi villa in Maldives . Food and service in both places superb . The rooms were amazing !

Dubai - service was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Great room with plenty of space. Good location in Dubai. Maldives - the service was beyond exceptional. We were treated like royalty. Everybody was extremely friendly. The villa was superb. We didn't want to come home :-(

The great location, just steps from the metro station, just three stops from the Dubai Burj Kalifa Mall. Large room, with excellent conditioning, panoramic windows in each room, very large bathroom complete with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, excellent quality body cream. Very abundant and varied breakfast served from 6 am. As soon as we arrived they gave us a room with two separate beds giving the excuse that the hotel was full (with 48 floors it seemed rather strange) and they could not change it, but after half an hour we were transferred to a room with a king size bed.

We chose the hotel Manzil for its location, at the foot of the Burj Khalifa (10 minutes walk around the hotel by the left Le Palace, through the terraces.) We had not dared to spend the first day but you can get there without a problem, the view of the Burj is sublime), and so next to The Mall of Dubai. It's convenient, as we only had breakfast, and did not want to eat at the hotel every day. We were treated to a room overlooking the Burj Khalifa, a real plus :) !! The service of the hotel is impeccable, everyone is caring for us. The room is clean and big, with shower and bath. It is made 2x a day. The pool is well exposed and towels are available, we even serve a small skewer of fruit and a bottle of water (outside Ramadan of course).
