An excellent 'hotel'. Worthy of 5 stars!!!. Each and every one of the staff were so polite, helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble - and, as we said to the Manager, good service "always stems from the top". As it so happened the owner was present and overheard my comments and took the trouble to have a chat with us. Clearly he and his team have got it just right!!! Our deluxe room was so clean, well presented and even included air conditioning. The varied menu - changed every day with a great choice of very good food - compliments to the chef and his team. Our only disappointment was that we could only stay 4 nights! I wish we could have stayed for a couple of weeks!! However, we look forward to visiting again next year. The hotel is a real paradise of tranquility, sober but elegant where you feel very good. The difference is huge with the Zante Hotel across the street which certainly has the sea view but not at all the same atmosphere. The spa center, massage is on this side. The little care offered is perfect, you must remember to book on arrival to have a niche. The rooms are big with perfect bedding and the bottle of chilled white wine on arrival is nice. You have a bottle of water every day. We arrived late but we were very well received by the manager and a restoration was offered. Marie, your consultant on site, is simply perfect and in his presence, and in his advice. She is very available with a communicative joie de vivre. With her we went out at sea to the green cellars, a marvel.

The small hotel in the middle of the olive trees offers a very pleasant haven of peace. Mary who was our contact on the island helped us to discover the history and the emblematic places of Zante.

The availability of the resort manager, as soon as we arrived they informed us that we were overboking, they offered us the opportunity to stay at tui Zante Maris. We were pleasantly satisfied with everything, this last resort is much smaller and pleasant to stay at. Obviously they gave the opportunity to use the two resorts. A positive note I have to give to the swimming pool of the tui caravel suite, the evening is magical.

A really nice environment right from the entrance: clean, organized and punctual restaurant as well as well equipped with choice for both breakfast and dinner. Really nice inside with these small apartments overlooking the central pool which creates a suggestive atmosphere at night. The photos reflect the reality of the external environment. Reception helpful and courteous. Quiet and pleasant climate. Good room without including the bathroom. This hotel gave us a great holiday, living in zante without having to worry about our accommodation. So I would definitely recommend it to a friend.
