As the name suggests, this Madrid neighbourhood is dominated by its beautiful park, El Retiro, an emerald expanse dotted with marble monuments, elegant structures & secluded benches.  Once the pleasure garden of kings & queens, this park has lost none of its sophistication since opening to the public in 1868.

Madrid is not only the capital of Spain, it is also the country's art capital and nowhere is this more apparent than it's famous Golden Triangle.  The Prado Museum, Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum & Reina Sofía National Art Museum showcase intricate masterpieces from the 12th century to the modern day within buildings that are a work of art in their own right.

This hotel is a collection of elegant apartments situated between Madrid´s two landmarks, La Puerta de Álcala and the Fountain of Cibeles, offering luxurious accommodation and comfort.  These fully-equipped suites boast a living and dining area and kitchen, as well as either one or two comfortable bedrooms, and design-driven interiors combine contemporary style with old-world grandeur.

Sleep

At Luxury Suites Madrid, the guest suites have been carefully restored to offer guests a welcoming oasis in the heart of the inimitable Spanish city. 

- Junior Suite (65m² / max. 2 persons): This graciously appointed suite features 1 king sized bed & 1 sofa bed while your balcony overlooks the Puerta de Álcala and the Cibeles fountain.  Each room features a LED TV with a DVD player.

- Senior Suite (85m² / max. 4 persons or 3 adults): These rooms feature a separate bedroom with a king size bed and a living area with a sofa bed & a king sized bed tucked away in an alcove.  Your balcony overlooks the Puerta de Álcala and the Cibeles fountain & each room features a LED TV with a DVD player.

- Master Suite (135m² / max. 6 persons or 5 adults):  These rooms feature 2 separate bedrooms with a king size bed and a living area with a sofa bed & a king sized bed tucked away in an alcove.  Each room features a LED TV with a DVD player.

By public transport:
Your hotel is approximately 4min / 240m from Banco de España metro station which is on line 2 with direct access to Plaza Mayor.

By plane:
The transfer time / distance between Madrid Airport & your hotel is approximately  15min / 14km by car.

If you wish to travel to your hotel via public transport you can take line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios (7 stops away) where you can change onto the C7 line to Madrid-Recoletos, from here your hotel is approximately 6 minutes away.  The journey is approximately 40 minutes.

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel documents —

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours. Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible. 

Accommodation Only:
You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Flight Inclusive Offers
The airline is ticket-less and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website. You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents. We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
