The hotel prides itself on the experience of nature, as such it is located in a particularly environmentally rich area of the Italian countryside, about one hour drive away from Toledo.

Valdepalacios offers its own activities and services, within the estate, organised and supervised by hotel staff. You may choose to go for walks, ride bicycles, go horseback riding or take a ride in a horse-driven carriage with a picnic included. Animal enthusiasts may enjoy the diversity of local animal life: duck, partridges, rabbit, fallow deer, stag, etc through the special photographic safari.

With the option of car hire you may also choose to drive forth and explore further, Toledo City is a famed UNESCO World Heritage Site with a numberof classic attractions - especially ancient religious buildings. The area is steeped in culture, and you can discover some incredible architecture dating  back to the 16th century!

With Madrid a bit further afield you could even visit the incomparable Spanish capital!

This magnificent mansion has been faithfully renovated and elegantly interior decorated using a mix of styles and fabrics with floral motifs to give the whole property a warm and comfortable character.

Your Board Basis —

This offer is based on a bed and breakfast stay. Just for you: 15% discount in the two hotel restaurants and a complimentary welcome drink per guest upon arrival.

Restaurant Tierra
The hotel restaurant offers gastronomic treats, under the banner of a fabled Michelin Star. The menu is managed by Jose Carlos Fuentes, chef of the year 2010. The restaurant's very name, Tierra, is a declaration of the hotel's principles. Tierra has all the richness of the culture, agriculture, wine-growing and cuisine of the area. This restaurant remains closed for Sunday dinner, the whole of Monday and Tuesday lunch. It opens for Tuesday dinner service.

Restaurant Bowinder
The hotel also offers a less informal dining space, Bowinder, where you can enjoy lighter dishes such as pasta, salads, meat and fish. This remains open at all times to serve as an accompaniment to Tierra.

Your Time —

The hotel have created an impeccable spa for the exclusive use of its guests. Its large windows and natural light remind you that you are surrounded by the idyllic embrace of nature.

While at the spa you may choose from selection of services including: a massage service, Turkish bath, sauna, gym, a hydrotherapy bath, heated swimming pool and beauty treatments. Ideal for resting and recharging one’s batteries.

Your Journey —

Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no-frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

Transfers: Transfers are not included with this offer. The transfer distance from Madrid Airport is approximately 180 km/1 hour 45 mins.

Car Hire: Car hire is not included, but can be added at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee (flight inclusive packages only).

Meet & Greet —

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our Meet and Greet service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

Car Hire —

Please note you cannot be guaranteed a specific make of car within a certain group.

The minimum age for driving a hire car in Spain is 21 and drivers must have held a full driving licence for a least 1 year. You must present a full valid driving licence on collection of the vehicle and in some cases a credit card deposit.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers
You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, Meet & Greet, car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
