The Maricel restaurant lives up to the exclusivity of Hospes. The menu reflects avant-garde and sophisticated cuisine, for which grilled scallops with eggplant ravioli or sector council rice with rabbit and mushrooms, honey rice with scallops and crayfish are excellent examples. The restaurant has two rooms and a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea.
