Your Destinations —
As the cultural capital of Spain, Barcelona breaks stereotypes with its eclectic, avant garde yet charismatic flair. Reinventing Spanish ethos, Barcelona seduces with its jumble of futuristic buildings and medieval edifices, creative cuisine and a gyrating nightlife.
Nestled in the crook of the Badia de Palma, Mallorca's capital is the most agreeable of all Mediterranean towns. Shaped and defined by the sea and backed by not-so-distant mountains, it is a city of open horizons and oft-blue skies, with good looks and a festive nature.
Whether it's basking in the Mediterranean sunshine or being cooled by the famous Mistral wind France's second largest city and the capital of the Provence-Côte d'Azur region, is always a fascinating place to visit and a wonderful place for a leisurely lunch.
Or you may opt to explore Provence's famous countryside. Imagine shimmering, flower-filled meadows, and quaint old villages, daily markets bursting with freshly ripened produce, tall cypress trees and vivid fields of lavender; this is Provence. Achingly beautiful and brimming with charm, this picture-postcard destination ranges from the snow-capped mountains of the Southern Alps to the Mediterranean shoreline of the Côte d'Azur, and boasts the spectacularly wild canyon, the Gorges du Verdon.
La Spezia is a large coastal city in the Liguria region of Northern Italy. Located between Genoa and Pisa on the Ligurian Sea, it is renowned for its harbour and its many museums. Discover the rugged coast of nearby Cinque Terre, UNESCO World Heritage Site or perhaps explore the Palio del Golfo museum.
Situated in the province of Rome, this sea port on the Tyrrhenian Sea, is known as the 'ancient town' and welcomes visitors with its 2 piers and lighthouse. With characteristic annual festivals and celebrations of its long history, Civitavecchia makes for the perfect stop to see a thriving Italian town and to sample the highly-celebrated local swordfish delicacy.
Rome has everything you'd want from a modern city break holiday but critically, it's the city's history that acts as the principal magnet. From the remains of its imperial glory days to the Renaissance and baroque riches of its historic centre, Rome is a glorious architectural patchwork - a living masterpiece.
Framed by Mount Vesuvius along a dramatic skyline, the 2,800 year-old port city of Naples is chock full of historical sites, churches, and museums that make it an incredible place for you to explore. And in the region where pizza was first invented, you know the food is going to be incredible.
