Your Destinations —
In this way, for eight days and seven nights, this Mediterranean cruise will bring you closer to the major ports of southern Europe and, in many cases, the artistic heritage of the towns and cities around them. This unforgettable journey starts and ends in one of the most visited cities of Spain, Barcelona, also known as the Ciudad Condal.
As the days go by, your Pullmantur cruise will take you to the Italian cities of Naples, Livorno and Civitavecchia which operates as the port of Rome. When you reach the French Mediterranean, your tour will continue through the cities of Villefranche and Sète, before returning to Barcelona. However, there is one exception during the year since, on one occasion, Villefranche will be replaced by the city of Cannes. Of course, regardless of the ports of each itinerary, you will enjoy all the comforts of your Pullmantur ship.

The city of Barcelona in the region of Catalonia is famous for spectacular churches, with the most notable being Gaudi’s planned masterpiece: the Sagrada Familia which has been under construction since 1882. There is also an array of gorgeous historical parks worth visiting, particularly the Park Güell which is filled with colourful mosaic artwork and design.
Day 2: At sea
Spend the day cruising the open waters and take advantage of the ships amazing facilities!
Two hours south of Rome is the city of Naples. The iconic sight of the gGulfof Naples, along with Mount Vesuvius, makes this one of the most powerful symbolic images of Italy. The historic centre of Naples is one of biggest in the world and features 448 historical and monumental churches – the most in any one city in the world.
Day 4: Civitavecchia, Rome, Italy
Between the piers and the lighthouse lies the huge “Forte Michelangelo” which greets visitors as they arrive in this Italian port town. Civitavecchia means “ancient town” and, along with the port, the town is also home to the “Rocca” Castle and the Cathedral of San Francesco. Civitavecchia is also the gateway to Rome - one of the world's greatest cities.
Livorno is a port city located on the Ligurian Sea on the western coast of Tuscany, Italy. Whilst here, visit the “Quartiere La Venezia” (Venice Neighbourhood). This is one of the oldest parts of the city and is surrounded by canals and it is here that you can also visit “San Marco’s Theatre” where the Italian Communist Party was born in 1921.
Day 6: Villefranche, France
Villefranche sur Mer is located in south-eastern France, along the French Riviera and features one of the deepest natural harbours of any port in the Mediterranean Sea. This small beach resort features a coarse sandy beach and the town does not receive a great number of visitors; so you can be sure to relax in tranquil peace and quiet.
Off the southern coast of France lies Sete, an artists' commune and your gateway to the UNESCO-designated city of Carcassonne. As though stolen from the pages of a fairytale, the walled city of Carcassonne features an enormous yet picturesque castle overlooking the Aude River.
Day 8: Barcelona, Spain
Finish your cruise in the beautiful city of Barcelona, where you will have a chance to explore before heading home.
