Genoa

Take a walk to the famous "calanques" (limestone cliffs), a stroll through the Parc Borely, a walk through the typical "Panier" quarter of the city near the Old Port, or perhaps a ride up to the Notre Dame de la Garde Cathedral on the hillside, overlooking the entire city. You will enjoy a 7-night cruise on the MSC Divina, in an Interior Cabin, Exterior Sea View Cabin or Balcony Sea View Cabin on a Full Board Basis (breakfast, lunch and evening meal - includes drinks as listed below).

You will also have a Premium Drinks Package included in your stay. Barcelona Tapas Tour in El Raval

Savour of the real Barcelona with this delectable tapas walking tour. Try traditional pa amb tomaquet and contemporary appetisers with a glass of wine or beer in local bars well off the beaten track. Mingle with the locals as you learn about the rough pasts of the Raval and Poble Sec districts, and immerse yourself in the city's vibrant evening atmosphere during this three-hour food adventure through both these multicultural barrios.

There’s a glass of wine or local aperitif and tapa in each bar (about five are visited), or a soft drink for customers aged 14 to 17. The tour begins in the Raval, a once edgy and run-down area that has undergone radical transformation and is now inhabited by an eclectic mixture of immigrants, young artists, trendy students and earthy locals. Go native with some delicious tapas in a traditional bodega before continuing to a bar with a contemporary feel and then head across the Paral·lel with its theatres, music halls and cabarets, and entering the proudly working-class Poble Sec.

You won’t find many tourists in this neighbourhood, so you'll get a feel of how the locals really live. Stop at a Basque tavern for some pintxos and then visit a modern tapas joint, where you can choose from a wide selection of local wines and highly elaborated tapas.

This tour is an excellent way to discover the real people’s Barcelona; you'll get to meet the locals, learn about the city’s history and culture, and delight in the discovery of new tastes, textures and aromas.
