Your Itinerary In Detail —
Day 1: Boarding in Split
Board at any time after 14:00. Over a welcome drink and a snack, meet your Cruise Director and the crew and get acquainted with the rules and safety measures. Your journey begins with a dinner onboard and overnight in Split.
DAY 2: SPLIT - SIBENIK - EXCURSION TO TROGIR AND SKRADIN
Although the beauty of the Croatian coastline admired from the cruise is hard to beat, the Krka River and its stunning estuary on the mainland provide stiff competition.
Your coach trip will bring you to the small town of Skradin, at the mouth of the River Krka, which is the gateway to its national park. The park is definitely worth visiting to see waterfalls cascading into serene lakes.
After returning to the seaside, visit Trogir, a little island bridged to the mainland. Home to stunning architecture with ancient Greek and Roman heritage, Trogir is protected by UNESCO.
Next up is Sibenik, crowned by the glorious Cathedral of St, James, another World Heritage Site. Clamber up the battlements of St. Michael's Fortress for magnificent views over the hills. Join the included walking tour to learn more about Sibenik's key role in the Renaissance. Spend the evening in a traditional bistro in one of the stone alleyways. Overnight in Sibenik.
Day 3: Šibenik - Vis
Enjoy the stunning waterfront of Šibenik as you head down the narrow channel of St. Anthony, and set sail for the island of Vis. One of the more remote Croatian islands, Vis attracts fewer visitors and is therefore a great place to soak up local life.
With its newer 19th-century harbour area, and its medieval corner, Vis' history spans over two millennia. This small settlement is home to a Greek cemetery, Roman baths, an English fort and Yugoslav militia tributes.
Join an optional guided tour* to gain an insight into the tumultuous history of Vis, and for recommendations on places to visit in the evening. Overnight in Vis.
*Optional excursion: Island of Vis
DAY 4: VIS – HVAR – PUČIŠĆA
Enjoy your breakfast with a view during your morning sail to Hvar, officially the sunniest of the Croatian islands. This jet-set favourite is also the island with the most UNESCO-listed heritage in the entire world, and the included walking tour is a brilliant way to visit the sites.
Later, you'll be able to compare this beauty with the lovely island of Brač, the birthplace of ‘Croatian marble’. This high-quality limestone has been used to create illustrious facades worldwide, including the White House in Washington DC and Bundestag in Berlin.
The optional tour* to the still-operating stone masonry school in Pučišća gives visitors the opportunity to learn about the history and quarrying of the stone. In the afternoon, you may wish to join the optional excursion to Bol**, with wine tasting. Dinner and overnight in Pučišća.
*Stonemasonry School in Pucisca – optional walking tour package
** Optional excursion: Bol and Wine Tasting
Day 5: Pučišća - Korčula
In the morning, head to Korčula Island, one of the largest islands in the Adriatic, known for its lush dark forests. The lion statues lining town’s facades and gates nod to the island's past as a Venetian stronghold, along with some of the most outstanding stonework on the Adriatic coast.
The reputed birthplace of explorer Marco Polo, Korčula is a particularly charming destination, and you'll learn about its fascinating history during your included walking tour. Overnight in Korčula.
DAY 6 : KORČULA – MLJET – SLANO (Captain's dinner)
Continue to Mljet, another island with verdant landscapes and gorgeous natural surroundings. The national park on the island is home to two saltwater lakes connected to the sea via a narrow canal.
Nature lovers are sure to appreciate hiking and cycling in this beautiful region, and intrepid explorers may even choose to kayak to the small inlet in the centre of the lake with its 12th-century Monastery of St. Mary.
Alternatively, join the cruise's optional excursion* to explore the island with the help of a guide. Enjoy a refreshing dip before setting sail back to the mainland and the small settlement of Slano.
The nearby town of Ston is known for three things: its pretty walled town, its salt works, and its succulent oysters and mussels! The optional Taste of Dalmatia tour** is a great way to experience the culinary delights of Ston, or you may wish to simply relax in Slano, where the board will be docked overnight.
*Optional excursion: Mljet National Park
**Optional excursion: Taste of Dalmatia
Day 7: SLANO - DUBROVNIK
After breakfast, set sail to Croatia’s southernmost gem and renowned hotspot, Dubrovnik. As you sail under the City Walls, as visiting ships have done since ancient times, you'll be able to glimpse the beauty of this historic city, before dropping anchor in the port of Gruž.
The included walking tour of Dubrovnik Old Town will take you to world-famous landmarks, instantly recognisable to fans of Game of Thrones, Robin Hood, and Star Ward.
Whatever you might consider to be the town’s main appeal, Dubrovnik’s majestic city walls and grand buildings are sure to transport visitors back to when the city was an independent republic, and rival to the Venetian Republic. Enjoy an enchanting evening in this romantic city, as you'll be staying in Dubrovnik overnight.
DAY 8: DEPARTURE
Enjoy one breakfast with gorgeous sea views before leaving the ship by 9:00 am.

This charming Dalmatian seaside city is brimming with history and attractions, alongside a wonderful, laid-back Mediterranean atmosphere, making it the perfect place for a sun-drenched holiday. Take a wander through the cobbled streets of Split's old town, feasting on the freshest seafood and browsing the upmarket shops and cafes along the seafront promenade - there’s so much to explore here.
No stay in Split would be complete with exploring the fantastical Diocletian’s Palace, a 4th century palace which dominates the city’s old town. Wander through these Roman ruins, some of the most impressive in the world, and feel yourself transported back hundreds of years. Afterwards, immerse yourself in Croatia’s cuisine at the daily Pazar Market, where you can barter for some local cheese or a bottle of Travarica, a herb brandy from Dalmatia.
Aside from the charms of the city itself, Split is rightly known as the starting point for trips to nearby islands, including Hvar and Vis; what could be better than spending the day aboard a boat, sailing on the beautiful Mediterranean?
Hvar
Welcome to Hvar, a Croatian island that can celebrate its illustrative history while looking firmly in the future. This island is part of the central Dalmatian archipelago situated in a picturesque natural setting. Just 10km from Hvar town, you will find one of the most beautiful townlets on the island, founded in the 15th century. Owing to several old bridges that connect the two sides of its bay, Vrboska is often referred to as Little Venice.
With the imposing architectural site of the fort-church of “St. Mary of Mercy", and the cultural Fisherman's Museum, the peaceful town of Vrboska is more than just a beachside destination. Visit Hvar Town, the centre of the island and a close drive from your hotel. Wander through 13th-century walls and pass Gothic palaces interspersed with popular clubs and more modern architecture. The beautiful waves of the Adriatic sea hit the shore, and golden beaches border this enchanting land.
Hvar attracts and accommodates for all types, which is part of its appeal. Part playground for the rich and famous, part haven for nature lovers, part culture vulture's dream destination, there is something for everyone on this beautiful island. In the summer, lavender fields are coming into bloom - don't miss the colour of their flowers and the olive trees!
Dubrovnik
The UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Dubrovnik Old Town is surrounded by city walls built between the 13th and 16th centuries. Stroll round these fortified walls, enjoy panoramic views of the city and the Adriatic Sea then step back in time when you take a guided tour of the narrow stone streets of the Old Town itself.
The city is a treasure trove of cultural and historical attractions, and the stunning beaches, cuisine, and offshore islands are all outstanding too, making this a fantastic all-round destination.
Explore modern parts of Dubrovnik, such as Lapad Bay with interesting cafes, restaurants, and shops along the promenade. Take one of the many excursions on offer including horseback riding at Konavle Valley, Peljesac food and wine tastings, Elafiti islands fish picnics, or daily visits to Montenegro, Mostar or Medugorje. Round off your stay by boarding the Dubrovnik Cable Car which will whisk you to the top of Mount Srd in less than five minutes. From the mountaintop you will be treated to unsurpassed views of the entire city.
