Superior Room - Enjoy a stay in a superb superior room complete with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Deluxe Room - The Deluxe Rooms share the same facilities and amenities of the Superior Rooms but have the added benefit of more space and a sitting area complete with sofa and two armchairs.

Your Board Basis —

This offer is based on a bed and breakfast stay.  Members can upgrade to Half Board (breakfast and evening meal at main restaurant) at the next stage of the booking process.

Main restaurant - A select à la carte restaurant with a traditional Spanish and international cuisine. Modern techniques and flavour combinations are matched with locally sourced, fresh ingredients, along with the wide range of carefully chosen wine varieties, making your experience unforgettable.

The café-bar - This bar offers the chance to try tea or coffee from different parts of the world in a relaxed environment.

Your Time —

Just for you: 1 x Spa NaMMu circuit (per person per stay)

Your Journey —

Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no-frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

Transfers: Are not included.  Members selecting a flight inclusive package can add transfers at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee.  Distance between hotel and airport is approximately 72km

Meet & Greet —

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our 'Meet and Greet' service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

ATOL Protected —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers -You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.
Please check all details on this confirmation are correct.  If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents.  You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, 'Meet & Greet', car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services.  Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your ‘Safe Senders’ list or check your ‘Junk mail’ regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
