Location —

Santander is an elegant city which boasts breathtaking views of the Bay of Biscay. Its historic quarter consists of a group of majestic old buildings which stand amidst a spectacular backdrop of sea and mountains. The stylish Vincci Puertochico is situated in the most privileged area of Santander, looking towards the bay and facing the Puerto Chico maritime area. The hotel’s central location makes it convenient to reach the liveliest areas of Santander by foot.

There are excellent beaches, a lively city centre, interesting museums, beautiful gardens and nature reserves are just some of the things you can look forward to. A must-visit is the city's cathedral - largely destroyed by fire in 1941 but rebuilt in an impressive Gothic style. The town reaches up along the coast along to the Peninsula de la Magdalena. Here you will find a park, a zoo and the stunning Palacio de la Magdalena - a summer residence constructed for Alfonso XIII in the early 20th Century.

Hotel Description —

This 4-star boutique hotel was built in 1998 and was totally refurbished in 2003. The hotel is well-designed and decorated in a lovely contemporary style. Classic furniture is presented around the hotel with the use of fine materials.

Guests will enjoy the professional and friendly service offered in this charming Santander hotel. Accommodation is second to none! Rooms are equipped with essential room amenities to assure guests enjoy their stay in The Vincci Hotel Puertochico with peace of mind! The hotel also features a bar and its own cafeteria offering fresh coffees select pastries and a selection of teas and cold drinks.

This offer is based on a Double Standard Room which can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 infant.

Each of the rooms in The Vincci Hotel Puertochico is spacious and well appointed offering an excellent range of essential facilities to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Eating & Drinking —

This offer is based on a bed and breakfast stay.

Guests can relax and unwind with a cocktail or coffee in the hotel bar in the Vincci Hotel Puertochico, the bar offers snacks and a variety of gourmet coffees and teas for enjoyment in Santander.

The hotel also has its own cafeteria offering fresh coffees, pastries and a selection of teas and cold drinks. Buffet Breakfast at the hotel can start the day full of energy, served at the cafeteria every morning.

Flight Inclusive Offers —

The flights included are with either a scheduled or no-frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

Transfers —

Transfers are not included. Members who opt for a flight inclusive offer can add transfers at the next stage of the booking process.

Transfer distance from Santander airport is approximately 7.5km (10 minute drive)

Car Hire —

Our members who book a flight with us may opt to hire a car.

Please note you cannot be guaranteed a specific make of car within a certain group.

The minimum age for driving a hire car in Spain is 21 and drivers must have held a full driving licence for a least 1 year. You must present a full valid driving licence on collection of the vehicle and in some cases a credit card or cash deposit.

Meet & Greet —

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our 'Meet and Greet' service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers - You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, 'Meet & Greet', car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your ‘Safe Senders’ list or check your ‘Junk mail’ regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure. If by any chance you have not received all the above by this time, please contact us at customer.relations@voyageprive.com
