Sleep

The hotel's 70 spacious and comfortable rooms with parquet flooring await you for a lovely stay. For the best start to your holiday, you will be treated to Nespresso capsules and fresh fruit (once per stay), and a beach bag (per room and per stay).

- Superior Double Room (38 m² / max 2 persons): Settle in to this warm, elegantly decorated room and make yourself at home.

- Superior Ground Floor (48 m² / max 2 persons): You will love having direct access to the garden and the hotel pool in this ideally located room.

- Superior Double Room with Private Pool (80 m² / max 2 persons): Enjoy the luxury of your own private pool in this duplex room and unwind on the sunny terrace.

Please note: the bed for the 3rd/4th guest sharing is likely to be a sofa bed or camp style bed.

If you book a flight through our website, you will be arriving at Tenerife Sud airport, which is located approximately 18 kilometres away from the hotel.

Other nearby airports:
Tenerife North airport, which is located approximately 80 kilometres away from the hotel.

Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel documents —

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours. Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible. 

Accommodation Only:
You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Flight Inclusive Offers
The airline is ticket-less and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website. You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents. We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
