The Cheese Room offers exceptional cheeses from the farm and local area, from Churra sheep cheese to Verata goat cheeses and more. The Wine & Olive Spa is located in the Hacienda's oldest building - a mill dating back to 780. Treatments at the spa are inspired by the history of the estate and the natural beauty surrounding it. Sample signature treatments that use wine and olive oil. Later, head down to the ancient wine cellars for a guided visit followed by a complimentary wine and craft rum tasting (see details on site).
