Puerto de Mogán —

Puerto de Mogan is on Gran Canaria’s southwest coast, and is famed as one of the island's prettiest towns. Its narrow, cobbled streets are lined with cute whitewashed houses draped in bougainvillea, brightly coloured boats bob in the harbour, whilst traditional cafes jostle for space along the waterfront. The pretty canal in the centre has earned this seaside town the nickname "Little Venice."

The former fishing village has retained its authentic Canarian charm, but splashes of modern luxury are everywhere too, from the expensive yachts in the harbour to the upmarket restaurants and wide leafy boulevards.
