Come discover Pollença, on the North Eastern coast of the island of Mallorca. Located along the stunning coastline, you will be staying in a little village with a rich cultural and architectural heritage, which is also a popular tourist destination. Over the years, various Roman, Phoenician, Arab and Carthaginian civilizations have settled in this bay, which looks out onto Menorca, Mallorca's little sister.

Your Hotel —

Overlooking the blue waters of the Mediterranean and protected by the spectacular Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Hotel Illa d'Or is nestled in a natural green setting, where the mountains meet the sea. You can enjoy a 1.5 kilometre walk along the shady, pine tree-lined coastal path to the Port of Pollença, before heading back to the comfort of your 4* hotel.

Sleep

Settle in to one of the rooms at the Hotel Illa d'Or, and enjoy all the comfort you need along with plenty of light. For the perfect start to your holiday, you will be treated to a bottle of wine in the room (per room and per stay).

By plane:
If you book a flight through our website you will be arriving at Palma de Mallorca Airport, which is located approximately 68 km / 53 minutes away from the hotel.

Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel documents —

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours. Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible. 

Accommodation Only:
You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Flight Inclusive Offers
The airline is ticket-less and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website. You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents. We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
