Gran Hotel La Perla is a charming boutique hotel in the centre of Pamplona, located 5km from Pamplona Airport and within easy reach of this historical city’s bullring. This 1881 landmark 5-star hotel is Spain’s second oldest hotel and has received many famous guests over the years, including Orson Welles, Ernest Hemingway and Charlie Chaplin. Enjoy late check-out at 14:00 and a 30% discount on private parking during your stay.

Sleep

At Gran Hotel La Perla, most of the soundproofed guestrooms are dedicated to the memory of a different celebrity who has stayed in the hotel. Each room boasts the utmost in luxurious comforts, including deluxe beds, authentic freestanding baths and many come with balconies, providing the perfect private vantage point from which to enjoy Sant Fermin.

- Standard Room Estafeta (30 m² / max 2 persons): Cosy and comfortable, this room is room orientated to Estafeta Street.

- Historic Superior Room (35 m² / max 2 persons): This room is classic and elegant style with a lovely bathroom.

- Historic Junior Suite (45 m² / max 2 persons): This suite offers an exceptional panorama of the famous Plaza del Castillo. It has a king size bed and a hydromassage shower.

- Special Suite (50 m² / max 2 persons): The special suite is decorated with character and period furniture and celebrates the famous American writer Ernest Hemingway.

Please note: the bed for the 3rd/4th guest sharing is likely to be a sofa bed or camp style bed.

Taste

The gourmet hotel restaurant, the Hostal del Rey Noble, is famed in the city for its traditional Navarran food and stands in honour of the Guerendiain sisters who originally ran the restaurant. Located on the basement floor, the restaurant has a perfect ground view of the bulls running past at the spectacular and atmospheric annual Sant Fermin bull running festival.

Experience

To relax after a busy day of sightseeing, the hotel has a library where you can check out the hotel's registers with names of celebrities who have stayed in the area.

By plane:
- Bilbao Airport is 158km / 1 hour 45 minutes away from the hotel.

Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel documents —

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours. Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible. 

Accommodation Only:
You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Flight Inclusive Offers
The airline is ticket-less and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website. You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents. We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
