Cala en Bosch —
One of Spain’s most popular Balearic Islands, Menorca is the smaller and less-touristy cousin of nearby Mallorca and Ibiza and is the perfect choice for those in search of a holiday without the hustle and bustle. The island is famed for its beautiful stretches of peaceful beaches, as well as its reminders of a Bronze Age civilisation, and really is a place to sit back and relax in the sun.
Cala Galdana is certainly one of Menorca’s most beautiful spots: a small resort on the island’s south coast with a shell-shaped cove beach and turquoise waters, making it perfect for watersports. To experience Menorcan culture head to nearby Mahón - the capital of the island - where you can sample Mahón cheese or the island’s distinctive gin!
