In between art visits, see the Real Jardín Botánico, an 8-hectare botanical garden founded by King Ferdinand VI.
A trip to Madrid wouldn’t be complete without tasting some of the city’s fantastic food, and the vibrant thoroughfare of Calle Cava Baja is the perfect place to try Madrid’s best tapas. Alternatively, experience Mercado de San Miguel, a beautiful market filled with food stalls and wine bars that comes alive after work hours.
