All Roc hotels staff have received training in preventive measures against Covid19 and are equipped with personal protective equipment. All hotels have a specific cleaning and disinfection protocol established and controlled by a certified external company. One of them, Biolinea, includes Dr, Crespi, whose wide and reknown experience has been recognized by the WHO.
We have redesigned the spaces in all public areas to guarantee the social distancing recommended by the WHO. Readjustments in the check-in / check-out procedures will guarantee the minimum necessary contact. For this we will facilitate the pre check in before arrival. We have created an App that will allow you to check in, make reservations for public areas (restaurants, sunbeds, gyms, spas, mini club etc.), request room service, consult a guide to good practices and information on all the hotel services.

You may choose from Economy or Premium class flights on sectors that they operate, at the next stage of the booking process. The flights included are with either a scheduled or no-frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.
Transfers:
It may be possible to add return transfers at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee (flight inclusive offers only - subject to availability). For inbound transfer arrangements please confirm with your transfer provider when you arrive. Alternatively, please check with the reception of your accommodation. If you still require assistance, please call the transfer provider directly.
Car Hire:
For the freedom to explore your destination at your own pace, Sixt car hire may be added at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee (flight inclusive offers only - subject to availability and Sixt office opening times upon your arrival). Please note you cannot be guaranteed a specific make of car within a certain group. The lead name on the booking will be confirmed as the named driver. The named driver must present a credit card in their name when collecting the car (credit cards in other names will not be accepted). The named driver must also present a full valid driving licence on the collection of the vehicle and in some cases, a credit card or cash deposit will be required. Please ensure that you check your car hire documents carefully once received as this will advise if there are any taxes/charges to be paid locally as well as potential mileage restrictions.
