Your Hotel —

It will be love at first sight when you see the hotel's ideal location...The Hotel Gran Ultonia 4*, built in 2009, is the perfect way to discover the city's numerous assets such as the Jewish quarter, Devesa Park, the Onyar homes and Cinema Museum. Nestled only a few steps from the Gerona Cathedral and the historic "Barri Vell", this modern establishment welcomes you in an ambiance of peace and tranquility yet boasts a fantastic rooftop terrace that is optimal for admiring the beautiful sunsets and panoramic views of the city itself. To greet you in the best possible manner, a complimentary welcome drink (per person, per stay) will be offered to you upon your arrival and you will receive a 50% reduction (per room, per stay) off of the regular parking rate!

 

Sleep

The bright rooms and suites of your hotel boast a refined decor made up of neutral colours, modern furnishings and hardwood floors. This ideal and pleasant combination will be a comfortable home away from home during your stay. 

- Standard Room (25 m² / max 2 persons): In all its simplicity, you will enjoy the necessary comforts and high-quality fittings if the Standard Room.

- Suite Junior (40 m² / max 3 persons of which 2 adults): Opt for more spacious and modern Junior Suite, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration.

- Executive Suite (56 m² / max 3 persons of which 2 adults): Treat yourself to the establishment's most elegant lodging, the Executive Suite, composed of two rooms, an inviting ambiance and  where privacy reigns.

Please note: the bed for the 3rd/4th guest sharing is likely to be a sofa bed or camp style bed.

Taste

What better way to start the day then with a delicious breakfast full of vitamins, proteins and fiber. Served on the first floor of the your hotel, the natural light that fills room via the large windows will arouse your senses. Thumb through a newspaper graciously made available to you by your hotel and taste a large variety of fresh local products such as deli meats, oven roasted tomatoes, green beans and delectable fruits. The perfect way to invigorate you before heading out on a long and exciting visit of Gerona.

A little later in the day, make your way to Room 118, a bar-café located on the ground floor that takes it name after the 117 rooms available in the hotel. Designed to be a modern and inviting living space, you will be charmed by its comfort, elegant decor, convivial atmosphere and especially its large leather armchairs. ideal for enjoying a luscious drink or a great coffee.

- The airports of Barcelona, Girona or Reus are 120 km, 18 km and 200 km respectively from the hotel

Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel documents —

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours. Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible. 

Accommodation Only:
You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Flight Inclusive Offers
The airline is ticket-less and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website. You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents. We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
