The hotel is located in the south of the island, near the Esquinzo de Jandia Beach with easy access to the white sands. The nearby Jandia area is lined with shops, bars and restaurants so head there if you fancy a spot of entertainment.  

The beach itself is incredible. There are gorgeous white cashmere-soft sands, warm turquoise seas that twinkle on the horizon, and a delightful cooling breeze that makes the waters perfect not just for families, but for windsurfers, water-skiers and scuba-divers. All clasped into place by an immense blue sky. Whether you're here to perfect that all-over tan, de-stress over a good book or polish your surfing or windsurfing skills, this is truly the stuff of dreams.

There is a range of eateries for you to choose from during your all-inclusive stay. Have your meals in  buffet restaurant Albatros, and discover flavours from all ends of the worlds. If you get peckish throughout the day, grab a snack in the Birdie Bar to tide you over until your next meal. Fancy a drink to wind down for the evening? Visit 19th Hole, and settle down with your favourite beverage or discover something new.

Your Time —

If the two outdoor pools and nearby beach aren't enough to keep you satisfied, liven things up with some billiards, ping-pong, board games or aquatic games. Keeping the kids busy won't be a problem. They will enjoy a children's pool, a games room, playground, mini club and nursery, which organises all kinds of fun acitivities.

Your Journey —

Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no-frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

Transfers: Private transfers are included for members who book flights with us. The transfer distance is approximately 83km.

Meet & Greet —

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our Meet and Greet service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers -

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, Meet & Greet, car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
