We offer you a warm welcome to your holiday destination, and our partners are committed to ensuring your well-being.

If booking as a solo traveller, room type is not guaranteed. You may be placed in a single, double or twin room, based on availability.

You may be asked to provide a credit/debit card deposit on arrival to cover any purchases made at the hotel.

Although we endeavour to provide up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee that all hotel facilities and services will be available during your stay, especially when travelling out of the main holiday periods.

Star rating standards may differ to that of the UK, depending on the country of travel.

Rental conditions:

- Maximum capacity: 5 people

- Minimum driver age: 21 with 2-year driving license required

- Drivers must present a valid driver's license and proof of identity when picking up their vehicle.

- the car will be provided with a set amount of fuel and you must return it with the same level of fuel. If you are unable to fill the tank with the same quantity, you must inform the company representative.

- Payment is by credit card only.

- Arrival and departure between 8 a.m. and 9:59 p.m.

- Full insurance * and taxes included

* Insurance does not cover damage to windows, windscreen, wheels (tires and hubcaps) and mirrors.

When signing the rental contract, you can choose to take out additional Vanrell Comfort insurance (not compulsory).

 

Price does not include

- Young drivers (under 25): 5€ / day - Max. 100€ / month.

- Additional drivers (max. 2 additional drivers per rental contract): from 3€ / day / driver depending on the category chosen.

- Child car seats:

Type Maxi-Cosi (0 - 13 kg): € 7 / day - Max. € 60

For children from 9-18 kg (9 months - 4 years): € 7 / day - Max. € 60

Booster seat for child 18-36 kg (4 - 12 years): € 5 / day - Max. € 60

- Vehicle return to PMI airport: €30

- Arrival and departure outside office hours:

Arrival between 6am-7.59am and 10pm-11.30pm: €30

Arrival between 11.31pm-5.59am: €50

Return between 10pm-1am: €15

Return between 1h01 -7h59: €20

Early return without notice: 20€.

The customer is required to pay the corresponding hourly supplement if the flight is delayed and pick-up is required after 10pm. Similarly, a supplement will be charged if the vehicle is dropped off at the airport before 8 a.m. without prior notice.

- Airport parking ticket: Max. €10

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.
