Mallorca 
There are many reasons why Mallorca tops Europe's summer holiday charts, but one ranks above all others: the island's beautiful coast. Beyond the built-up resorts, coves braid the island like a string of pearls – each one a reminder of why the island's beaches have never lost their appeal. Go west for cliff-sculpted drama and sapphire seas, or head north for hikes to pine-flecked bays and breezes that carry kite-surfers, windsurfers and sailors across turquoise waters. Scope out deserted coves in the east, or dive off bone-white beaches in the south. Enjoy sundown beach strolls to the backbeat of cicadas and seafood at restaurants open to the stars - you'll soon click into the laid-back groove of coastal living.
Menorca 
Less developed and more tranquil than Mallorca, Menorca appeals to those in search of relaxed sunny days far from the hustle and bustle. Hazy beach life is well and truly at the fore of Menorca, with an abundance of sandy strips perfect for lazing in the heat. Menorca’s small-scale holiday developments are largely self-contained, leaving most of the island uncommercialised and rural, dotted with reminders of an ancient Bronze Age civilisation.

Your Itinerary —

The below itinerary is suggested and is entirely optional leaving you the freedom to make this holiday your own.

Day 1
Arrive at Palma de Mallorca Airport, where you'll go to the Smaytrip office located next to Gate D on Arrival Terminal. The team will give you all needed information and support to get the car rented for you. Drive to your hotel to check-in. Enjoy the small beach near your hotel.

Day 2
After breakfast at the hotel, you may decide what you would like to do: enjoy the beach, relax next to the pool or visit the surroundings. 

We highly recommend you to visit Cuevas del Drach in Porto Cristo. This is a must-see for everyone visiting the island. The visit will end with an amazing live concert of Chopin, Caballero, etc and a short trip on a boat on the underground lake. Porto Crito is a typical fisherman village so we recommend you to take a walk on the seaside and in the port and just enjoy the views. 

After this, we recommend a visit to the Mallorca Shop located nearby or visit the Factory Store located in Manacor. This town is where Mallorca was founded in 1890 and is now the location for the production of Mallorca pearls. Enjoy a free guided tour, in several languages, to learn about the unique pearl manufacturing process. Discover the exhibition and museum, with the highlights of our 120 years history.

- Entrance to Cuevas del Drach is included in your stay.

Day 3
Take the ferry over to Menorca, taking your rented car so you can discover this beautiful island on your own.

Menorca, in the Balearic Islands, is a peaceful, unique natural oasis, packed with contrasts to discover. It is a real paradise, washed by the Mediterranean Sea, that will seduce you with its harmony and diversity. The island transmits a sense of calm, largely on account of its valuable countryside. Menorca has the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve designation and a wealth of flora, fauna and landscapes. 

We recommend you visit:
- Monte Toro in Mercadal is the highest peak on the island, 365m high from where you have the best panoramic views of the Island and in clear days you get to see Mallorca as well. 
- Binibeca - is a fisherman's village built in 1972 and known for its beautiful white houses and small streets where you can take the most beautiful pictures. 
- Ciudadela - one of the oldest cities on the Island- created by Roman Empire in the 1st century A.C. is a must-see for anyone visiting the island. We recommend a short walk on the streets in the old town, going down in the port and until Castillo San Nicolas. Don’t forget to visit the cathedral as well while you are there. 

Return to the Port and take the Ferry back to the Hotel. 

Day 4
Take a visit to Western Park or Marineland for a fun-filled day at the water park or visiting all your favourite marine animals. For this day we also highly recommend a visit to Valldemossa as is near Palma de Mallorca and/ or a road trip in Tramuntana with a nice stop in Soller.

- Entrance to Marineland or Western Park  is included in your stay.

Day 5 - 10
On day 5, if staying for 4 nights, return your car to the airport and take your flight back home. 

If you opt to stay for 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 nights, explore the islands for longer and have free time to visit and enjoy Mallorca with your rental car.

You may go to Palma and take a walk on the small streets in the old city, Have a drink in Plaza Mayor and visit the Cathedral, Relax in Parque del Mar, visit Almudaina and Es Baluard. If you are there, enjoy to take a walk on Jaume III street – best-known street in the city is also the newest. 

Although it is hard to believe, only 30 years ago the street didn't exist. Today it is one of Palma's most elegant avenues, lined with sophisticated shops offering men's and women's fashions as well as jewellery and gifts. Loewe has a store here (luxury leather goods), as do Massimo Dutti (fashion) & Mont Blanc (pens & luxury gifts). 

El Corte Ingles, one of Spain's most popular department store chains, also has a small store here (although their main shop is next to Placa Espana). For a thorough shopping spree, you shouldn't forget the side streets of Bonaire, Sta. Maria del Sepulcro, Sant Marty etc. Bonaire has some smart interior shops and a number of very good bistros that make an excellent stop for lunch.

Other Interesting places to visit in Mallorca:

- Port D’Andratx 

On your final day, take the car to the airport and fly back to your chosen destination.

Car Hire —

Please note you cannot be guaranteed a specific make of car within a certain group.
The minimum age for driving a hire car in Spain is 21 and drivers must have held a full driving licence for a least 1 year.

The lead name on the booking will be confirmed as the named driver.  The named driver must present a credit card in their name when collecting the car (credit cards in other names will not be accepted).

The named driver must also present a full valid driving licence on the collection of the vehicle and in some cases a credit card or cash deposit will be required.

Please ensure that you check your car hire documents carefully once received as this will advise if there are any taxes/charges to be paid locally as well as potential mileage restrictions.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct.  If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents.  You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
