Your Hotel —

The Karawan Riad is an enchanting riad nestled in the heart of the Medina. It is located on the cusp of the Andalusian Quarter, which boasts stylish plazas and a romantic riverside walkway. It is also close to top attractions such as Attarin Medersa, the Borj Nord Arms Museum and the Nejjarine Museum of Wood Arts and Crafts.

Upon arrival, enjoy an assortment of Moroccan pastries (per room per stay) and a welcome cup of tea (per person per stay).

Sleep

Designed by Stéphanie Lanskin, Karawan Riad steers away from the usual riad décor of daring patterns and bold colours, and opts for a subtle palate of warm, neutral tones. There are 7 elegant and spacious suites available, each decorated with unique furnishings, original art work and assorted antiques.

- Laawan Suite and Suhaili Suite (38 m² / max 2 persons): The Laawan and Suhaili Suites share the same floor making them perfect for a stay with family friends. The two are separated by a green terrace and their French windows open onto the same terrace.

- Harmattan Suite (36 m² / max 3 persons): With a carved four-poster bed, glass lantern wall, Persian carpets and balcony overlooking the patio...This Suite is a true setting of a thousand and one nights.

- Zephyr Suite (45 m² / max 2 persons): Its blue colours, the stone mezzanine bathroom and the intimate terrace overlooking the medina, makes it an invigorating place to wake up in.

- Demani Suite (50 m² / max 2 persons): Located on the roof terrace, this suite is perfect for a romantic stay.

- Chergui suite (60 m² / max 4 persons including 3 adults): The Suite Chergui is the most magnificent suite of the hotel, decorated with large carpets and plenty of rich damask pillows. Its balcony overlooks the patio. The "secret" mezzanine lounge is accessible by a hanging staircase.

- Dzhari Suite (70 m² / max 2 persons): This cosy suite with its lounge area and fireplace also has a terrace, 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms!

Karawan’s seven suites are among the biggest and most lavish in town with lots of intriguing details, not least in one-off pieces of furniture, antique textiles and original art works.

Prepare yourself for an exceptional dining experience at the Karawan Riad. Choose from a variety of traditional Mediterranean cuisine and international dishes. Breakfast is served daily in the first floor salon, offering everything from home-made yogurt to fresh farm eggs, cooked however you like. The riad is especially known for its Afternoon Tea service. Sip a Mariage Freres tea whilst enjoying a scrumptious pastry. The riad also offers Sunday Brunch, a Bistro-style lunch and a restaurant with gourmet French cuisine.

Experience

The Leelah Turkish Bath & Spa offers a luxurious and relaxing experience for all guests. Choose from a variety of treatments including the traditional gommage, which use essential oils, soaps and clays to refresh the face and body.

- Fes Airport is approximately 17km away.

Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel documents —

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours. Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible. 

Accommodation Only:
You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Flight Inclusive Offers
The airline is ticket-less and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website. You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents. We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
