This brand new boutique hotel, designed by celebrated French architect Christophe Pillet epitomises Gallic style and luxury.

Built on on the former site of French colonial Marshal Lyautey’s summer palace, it enjoys spectacular views of the largest medina in the Arab world, taking in twelve centuries of the city’s history in one fell swoop.

The spa has five treatment rooms, including a double one featuring a terrace with a view of Fez. Bathed in natural light filtered through mashrabiya latticework and equipped with en suite walk-in showers, they offer a chic and peaceful setting that is perfect for complete relaxation.

The spa also features an open-air relaxation area including a Jacuzzi as well as a Givenchy boutique with a modern and luxurious design showcasing the full range of the House’s products.

Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no-frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

Transfers: Private transfers can be added at the next stage of booking process (20km / 30 mins)

Meet & Greet —

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our Meet and Greet service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return. This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers
You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.
Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, Meet & Greet, car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
