La Brisa is a large covered terrace facing the sea, serving an international and Mexican buffet three times a day, with themed dinners in the evening and a Caribbean breeze throughout.
For something more considered, Alebrijes leans into regional Mexican classics — cochinita pibil, tuna carnitas and flank steak tacos — in a relaxed open-air setting.
Those who prefer the grill will find their evening at Steakville, where charcoal-cooked cuts and American classics make for a long, unhurried dinner.
