Your Cruise Itinerary —

During their tour, our members will follow the itinerary as seen below.

Day 1: Sunset Boulevard - Grand Baie – Cap Malheureux
Arrive in Mauritius before a transfer (1h15 approx drive) and welcome onto your catamaran in the small bay of Cap Malheureux, located in the extreme north of the island. Here you will board the catamaran and conclude a briefing on safety and the cruise program. After lunch, your catamaran will set sail for the northernmost point of the island before making a stopover in the Bay of Cap Malheureux for the night, where you can also catch a glimpse of the famous church with a red roof, the Notre-Dame Auxiliatrice de Cap Malheureux. Overnight onboard the catamaran. 

Day 2: Cap Malheureux - Gabriel Island
This morning you may opt to embark on the discovery of the Sugar Field Labourdonnais with its castle surrounded by nature and its beautiful gardens, old orchards and rum. On the way back you will be amazed with a visit to a world-famous ship model factory. When you return to the boat and after a well-deserved lunch, you will start sailing to Plate Island and Gabriel Island. Depending on the weather, you will make a swim/dive stop in the Palissades Bay in the west of the Plate Island. Your catamaran will then anchor in the lagoon of Gabriel Island. Once the boat is moored, you will spend the rest of the afternoon in Robinson discovering the beauty and solitude of this anchorage, located in the middle of a small blue lagoon between Gabriel Island and the Plate Island. Overnight onboard the catamaran.
Day 3: Gabriel Island - Black River
After an early swim and a beautiful morning in these wild islands, you will take to the sea, this time heading to the southwest for a long navigation to the bay of Black River. Enjoy a quiet night at anchor in this beautiful fishing village now converted into a privileged tourist destination. A beautiful bay, well protected from general winds by a majestic mountain range will be your decor for the night. Overnight onboard the catamaran. 

Day 4: Black River
After a hearty breakfast you will have the chance to visit the village of Chamarel where you will discover the magic of the colored lands with a breathtaking view of the lagoon. You will then visit the Rhumerie and enjoy a delicious lunch at the inhabitants (for a supplement). Your catamaran will sail in this southwestern part of the island to allow you to discover dive sites and enjoy some picturesque swimming spots. Depending on the state of the sea, you can disembark on the mythical beach of Tamarin or discover the mouth of the Rempart River by sea kayaking. After a beautiful day of adventure you will spend a peaceful night at the marina of the Beacon, ready to pack your bags without forgetting to put away the wonderful memories of this cruise.

Day 5: The Beacon Marina - Black River
Disembark after breakfast at approximately 8:00 am and transfer to the Preskil Beach Resort for the next part of your stay.

You will enjoy a 4-night cruise on the Lagoon 440 Catamaran, in a Double Cabin on a Full Board Basis (breakfast and dinner at the main restaurant - excludes drinks).

Enjoy an exciting and comfortable stay onboard the Catamaran Lagoon 440. On board guests will be looked after by the skipper and hostess who take care to make sure you have a fantastic trip. The ship is complete with 4 double cabins, with the total number of passengers being just 10 people. There are also 4 toilets, towels, beach towels, masks, flippers and snorkels available for guests to use. 

This catamaran was built in 2008 and is 13.61m in length. Enjoy your meals in the modern communal areas and nestle down in one of the quaint double cabins.

Following their mini catamaran cruise, our members will enjoy a 5 or 7-night stay at the Preskil Beach Resort 4*, in a Superior Room on an All Inclusive dining basis (Breakfast, lunch and evening meal served in the main restaurant - includes a selection of drinks and snacks).

Preskil Beach Resort is located on a private peninsula, with approximately 750 metres of beach overlooking a turquoise coloured lagoon. Blending colonial style architecture with modern luxuries, the low-rise building are harmoniously spread through the lush grounds, offering breathtaking views over the lagoon, Lion Mountain and Ile aux Aigres.

This resort offers a great range of facilities to keep you entertained, if you can tear yourself away from your sun lounger! These include two floodlit tennis courts, three restaurants, a spa and two swimming pools. The complimentary activities range from glass-bottomed boat tours to waterskiing and windsurfing.

Ile Des Deux Cocos

Lose yourself in pure paradise on the private island of Ile des Deux Cocos. Leaving from Blue Bay, a five-minute crossing is enough to reach the island of Two Cocos, for a day of relaxation. Depending on what you feel like doing, swim or snorkel in the Blue Bay Nature Reserve, declared a marine park, full of exceptional wildlife. Then stroll on the island, explore its natural trails, or relax in the sun. 

You will then get to enjoy a buffet which reflects the spirit of this island. Delight in a delicious mix of culinary trends. As a bonus, sounds of the guitar and local Mauritian singers will liven up your evening. 

Swimming with Dolphins

Underwater Scooter Experience

Discover the breathtaking depths of the crystal clear waters that surround you with this half day (4-hour) underwater scooter experience!! Dive up to 3 metres deep to see the colourful marine life in their natural habitat. No need to be a diver or swimmer to drive the sub-scooter. Comfortably seated, you can breathe freely and naturally in a large transparent and panoramic dome. For your safety, a diver will guide you during the 30 minutes of your underwater cruise.

Travel the island at your own pace by booking a chauffeur-driven car. The driver comes to the hotel, picks you up and then you can define your itinerary for the day. You have two options: Choose an 8 hrs (1 day) option or 2 times 8 hrs (2 days) during the stay. 

Swimming with dolphins and Benitiers Island

Experience a first-hand encounter with some of the islands more common dolphin species, including the Bottlenose Dolphin and the Spinner Dolphin. Swim alongside the majestic and adorable aquatic mammals, and learn about their natural habitat on the coast of Mauritius. 

You will then continue your journey towards the island of Benitiers where you will have lunch. You can also enjoy the magnificent view of the lagoon, Morne Mountain and Roche Crystal. To end the day, you will attend a typical Séga animation.

Catamaran Cruise to Île aux Cerfs

Prepare your beach towels, sunscreen and sunglasses, as we invite you to take a catamaran cruise to Île aux Cerfs! 

This uninhabited islet is famous for its beautiful white sand beaches, a pearl of the Mauritian landscape. To begin the adventure, you will embark on a visit to the small fishing village of Trou d'Eau Douce, discovering from the most beautiful lagoon of the island to the mouth of the Grande Rivière Sud-Est to admire its splendid waterfall. 

Equipped with a mask, a snorkel and fins, you will have the opportunity to explore the seabed of the lagoon before heading to Île aux Cerfs. The skippers will cook grilled meats accompanied with salads served on board (unlimited drinks). You will then have time on the island to enjoy its beaches before heading back to the mainland.

Cases of dengue fever transmitted by mosquitoes have been reported. You should take mosquito bite avoidance measures. 


Stonefish stings are rare but can be fatal. Seek urgent medical attention if you are stung. Many hotels stock anti-venom serum.
