Indigo Verona 4* —
Tucked perfectly between Verona’s Roman amphitheatre and the heart of the bustling historic centre, Indigo Verona 4* provides the perfect place to call home while you explore one of Italy’s sparkling gems. Much like the rest of the city, this hotel is remarkably well-preserved and dates back to the 1920s. The building used to be a residence of Austrian nobility, but has since experienced a “remise en forme” and emerged with contemporary design elements while still maintaining its historical charm.
This secluded refuge has a private garden, a quiet oasis in the city. Although located in the heart of Verona, the hotel’s tranquil location invites you to relax before jumping into the action and weaving through the crowds to steal a look at Juliet’s House. There’s a reason Shakespeare set his most famous play in this city—it’s incredibly romantic. An evening walk along the river banks is positively enchanting.

You may choose from Economy, Premium or Business class flights on sectors that they operate, at the next stage of the booking process. The flights included are with either a scheduled or no-frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.
Transfers:
It may be possible to add return transfers at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee (flight inclusive offers only - subject to availability). For inbound transfer arrangements please confirm with your transfer provider when you arrive. Alternatively, please check with the reception of your accommodation. If you still require assistance, please call the transfer provider directly.
Car Hire:
For the freedom to explore your destination at your own pace, Sixt car hire may be added at the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee (flight inclusive offers only - subject to availability and Sixt office opening times upon your arrival). Please note you cannot be guaranteed a specific make of car within a certain group. The lead name on the booking will be confirmed as the named driver. The named driver must present a credit card in their name when collecting the car (credit cards in other names will not be accepted). The named driver must also present a full valid driving licence on the collection of the vehicle and in some cases, a credit card or cash deposit will be required. Please ensure that you check your car hire documents carefully once received as this will advise if there are any taxes/charges to be paid locally as well as potential mileage restrictions. Other fees may be applicable in addition to the cost of your car rental for any additional products added to your car rental.
Your Destination —
This romantic city is known for being the location of which William Shakespeare’s most popular play, Romeo and Juliet, takes place. Although the playwright never visited in his life, it’s easy to see why he chose Verona. It’s achingly beautiful with a first-century amphitheatre that’s similar to the Coliseum in Rome, though Verona’s is still used today for concerts and theatre performances.
Despite being fiction, that hasn’t stopped people from flocking to "Juliet’s House" and "Romeo’s House" to pay homage to the ill-fated lovers. Escape the crowds and wander along the river. You’ll find that the bridges all look markedly different from one another. Some were built centuries apart and work to be enduring examples of evolving architecture and engineering.
