Documents required at pick-up:

  • Valid ID card or passport
  • Valid driving licence
  • Credit card in the name of the main driver
  • Drivers must hold a valid driving licence for at least one year and must not have committed any serious traffic offences.
  • If the driving licence is not written in the Roman alphabet (e.g. Arabic, Greek, Russian or Chinese), an International Driving Licence (IDL) is required, together with the original driving licence.
  • An IDL is also required for drivers residing in non-EU countries renting a vehicle within the EU.
  • Accepted credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Diners Club and debit cards are not accepted)

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 2 days before the scheduled pick-up time. After this, the supplier may retain the full amount.

 

Important: If the main driver is not the person who made the booking, their full name must be sent to [email protected]. The credit card must be in the name of the main driver. Debit cards are not accepted.

Your contract

If you book a package that includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package that does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as an agent for the accommodation provider.
