Yew Tree Restaurant is located in the original Victorian wing of the hotel. With great character and a welcoming atmosphere, Yew Tree is the ideal location for a romantic dinner. Head Chef John O’Leary and his team have created a menu with ingredients from along the Wild Atlantic Way. Sourced from the fields and seas of Ireland, the ingredients are seasonal and prepared in an uncomplicated manner.
Yew Tree Restaurant is open 7 nights per week and was awarded Best Wild Atlantic Way Restaurant at the Hotel & Catering Gold Medal Awards 2015. An extensive wine menu is available to guests.
Monk’s Lounge
The hotel’s main bar and lounge is off the main lobby. There is a bright and welcoming interior, open fire, bar side leather stools and a private bar on offer. Guests can enjoy afternoon tea including traditional, gluten free and sweet afternoon tea. Lunch options and light fare are also served daily. An extensive cocktail menu awaits and selection of drinks served by our friendly staff.
Guests can dine on the outdoor patio area or get access to the Spa Garden as well. In the evenings enjoy a pre-dinner drink, glass of champagne or cocktail in Monk’s.
