DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN HURGHADA

Hurghada is a coastal city in Egypt known for its beautiful beaches, crystal-clear waters, and vibrant marine life.

DAY 2: LUXOR

Luxor is a city in Upper Egypt known for its incredible monuments and ancient temples that seem permanently settled in the yellow sand. Luxor offers visitors the chance to experience a wealth of historical treasures.

DAY 3: LUXOR - EDFU 

Visit the Valley of the Kings to see the elaborately decorated tombs of many powerful pharaohs and nobles. Continue to Hatshepsut, an impressive temple featuring unique architecture with a dramatic backdrop of the cliffs of Deir el-Bahri. Don't miss the iconic masterpieces of the Colossi of Memnon, two immense statues towering majestically over their dusty surroundings.

DAY 4: KOMB OMBO - ASWAN

Kom Ombo is a small town in southern Egypt, located on the east bank of the Nile River. It is famous for its ancient temple, which is dedicated to two gods, Sobek (the crocodile god) and Horus (the falcon god), and is one of the few temples in Egypt that is dedicated to two deities. The temple is well-preserved and features impressive hieroglyphic inscriptions and detailed reliefs depicting various scenes from ancient Egyptian mythology.

DAY 5: ASWAN

The Aswan Dam, also known as the High Dam, is a massive dam that was constructed between 1960 and 1970 to control the annual flooding of the Nile River. The dam is one of the largest in the world, measuring 111 meters tall. The Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis, is considered one of the most beautiful temples in Egypt.

DAY 6: ASWAN - EDFU

The Abu Simbel temple is a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in Nubia, southern Egypt, and boasts two colossal rock-cut temples built during the 13th century BC. End the day in Edfu, once an important centre for trade and commerce during ancient times and now known for its colourful traditional markets.

DAY 8: LUXOR

Karnak Temple is one of the largest temple complexes in the world, spanning over 100 hectares and featuring numerous temples, shrines, and obelisks. It was built over a period of 2000 years by various pharaohs, making it a fascinating example of ancient Egyptian architecture and engineering. The much older Luxor Temple was built 3000 years ago as a dedication to Amun, considered king of the Gods.

DAY 9: LUXOR - CAIRO

Cairo is the capital and largest city of Egypt, located on the banks of the Nile River. It is a bustling metropolis that is home to over 20 million people and is known for its rich history, diverse culture, and iconic landmarks.

DAY 10: CAIRO

DAY 11: CAIRO - GIZA

The great Pyramids of Giza rise up from the sand on the west bank of the Nile River. See the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the oldest and largest of the three pyramids, and the Great Sphinx, one of the oldest and largest statues in the world - dating back over 4500 years.

DAY 12: CAIRO
