Medieval Novigrad is located on the Northwest Istrian coast of Croatia.  This beautiful old fishing town has managed to retain its small, quite charm and traditional feel - quite a rarity in Croatia's burgeoning tourist industry.

The winding cobbled streets are bursting with cafes, small family-run tavernas and boutiques, whilst the marina is home to fishing boats and a few select waterside bars.

The town is famous for its brightly coloured houses, painted in an array of sunny colours - a great photo opportunity! It is also famous for its amazing cuisine, especially fresh fish and seafood.

This quiet, pretty location is a perfect for a couple seeking a romantic escape or a seaside family jaunt.
Connected to mainland Croatia by 1.5 km long bridge, Krk island is a popular holiday destination for locals and tourists alike.  You will be staying in Malinska, situated a wooded bay on the west side of the island Krk.  Surrounded by lush greenery, beautiful beaches and far-reaching vistas, this is great location for active nature enthusiasts, with everything from watersports to cycling and hiking to keep you entertained.

The charming town has stayed true to its fishing and maritime roots, and offers plenty of delicious seafood dishes in its numerous restaurants.  Take a stroll along the pretty seaside promenade, aptly named Paradise Way- the clean sea, and beautiful pebbled & sandy beaches surrounded by trees & greenery are a trademark of this town.

For those looking for a bit of local culture, be sure to visit nearby Porto's Franciscan monastery, just 1km from your hotel.

Car Hire —

Please note you cannot be guaranteed a specific make of car within a certain group.
The minimum age for driving a hire car in Croatia is 21 and drivers must have held a full driving licence for a least 1 year.

The lead name on the booking will be confirmed as the named driver.  The named driver must present a credit card in their name when collecting the car (credit cards in other names will not be accepted).

The named driver must also present a full valid driving licence on collection of the vehicle and in some cases a credit card or cash deposit will be required.

Please ensure that you check your car hire documents carefully once received as this will advise if there are any taxes/charges to be paid locally as well as potential mileage restrictions.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct.  If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents.  You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, Meet & Greet, car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services.  Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
