Your Destination —

Puerto del Carmen is one of Lanzarote's most popular tourist spots, thanks to its three lovely beaches, lively waterside promenade and old town charm.

The three beaches provide three different atmospheres, so there is something to suit everyone, from windsurfers at Playa Pocillos to divers at the quieter, secluded Playa Chica in the old town.

The capital, Arrecife, is a 30 minute drive away, where you can find restaurants, historic attractions such as the Castillo San Gabriel, and the Museum of Contemporary Art, housed in the 18th-century Castle of San José.

Located in Puerto del Carmen, overlooking Los Pocillos Beach, this newly built resort stands out for its modern interior design and excellent facilities.

The spacious suites, varied activity schedule, multi sport courts and numerous pools are great for families. The proximity to the beach is also a highlight, and if you want to explore the shops and restaurants of Puerto del Carmen, the city centre is only 2 km away.

This offer is based on an all-inclusive stay. Just for you: 1 tasting menu at the a la carte restaurant Don Paco (excluding drinks.)

The hotel has two buffet-restaurants with show-cooking - “Poseidón” and “Neptuno” and one à la carte Mediterranean restaurant, “Mare Nostrum”. There are also 3 bars and a restaurant, as well as a nightclub with cocktail bar (adults only.)

All inclusive: Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. Snacks from 10:00 -17:00. Local alcoholic and soft drinks until 23:00.

This spa offers a wide range of services to help you relax including massages, body treatments, facial beauty treatments as well as manicures and pedicures.

This family friendly resort also offer a full daily entertainment and activity schedule, as well as 2 children's pool, one adults pool, a chill out zone with hydromassage jets, and two multi-sport courts.

Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no-frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

Transfers: Private transfers are included for members who book flights with us. (6km)

Meet & Greet —

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our Meet and Greet service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return. This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers
You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.
Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, Meet & Greet, car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
