All of the rooms at the H10 Sentido Playa Esmeralda are spacious and bright, and have recently redecorated in a contemporary, elegant style. They have a balcony or terrace with views over the sea.

Your Board Basis —

This offer is based on a half board stay (breakfast and evening meal in main restaurant).  You can upgrade to an all inclusive* stay during the next stage of the booking process for an additional fee.

Enjoy the wide range of cuisine on offer at the Jandía restaurant, with buffet, show cooking and boulangerie. Take a delicious cocktail while you take in a spectacular sunset from the terrace of the Parrots bar.

Your Time —


Spa - Take some time out at the Despacio Spa Centre, a recently refurbished centre where you can revitalise your body and mind. Relax in the heated pool with water fountains or in the outdoor jacuzzi and enjoy exclusive massages or personalised beauty treatments.

You can also enjoy a wide array of exciting activities including daytime entertainment programme and evening shows, gymnasium, watergym, archery, pistol shooting range, rifle range, french Bowls, minigolf, billiards, table tennis, giant chess, darts, sjoelen and shuffleboard.

Your Journey —

Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no-frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

Transfers: Private transfers are included for members booking a flight inclusive package.  The transfer distance is approximately 65 km.

Meet & Greet —

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our Meet and Greet service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers
You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, Meet & Greet, car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
