Standing beside the fast-flowing Salzach River, your gaze is raised inch by inch to graceful domes and spires, the formidable clifftop fortress and the mountains beyond. It's a backdrop that did the lordly prince-archbishops and Maria proud.

Beyond Salzburg’s two biggest money-spinners – Mozart and The Sound of Music – hides a city with a burgeoning arts scene, wonderful food, manicured parks, quiet side streets where classical music wafts from open windows, and concert halls that uphold musical tradition 365 days a year. Everywhere you go, the scenery, the skyline, the music and the history send your spirits soaring higher than Julie Andrews' octave-leaping vocals.

Wide glacial slopes, fabulous high alpine views and a great variety of winter sports: already in autumn, skiers and snowboarders enjoy open sunny pistes on the Kitzsteinhorn. It is the only glacial skiing area in Land Salzburg and guarantees snow from October until early Summer.

They are fully air-conditioned, furnished with bath or shower, toilet, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, SAT-TV (over 200 channels), radio, telephone, safe, bathrobe, separate working table, seating area and a private balcony or terrace. The perfect home away from home!

Please note: the bed for the 3rd/4th guest sharing is likely to be a sofa bed or camp style bed.

Indulge the senses with free daily access to the spa. Relax after a an active day of skiing or sightseeing and find tranquility in the lovely Spa & Wellness area. Enjoy a dip into the indoor pool, the classic Finnish Sauna, aromatic fragrances in the steam bath, private Hammam, Russian Banya, Jacuzzi and a relaxing area.

Upon request and subject to reservation, the hotel will be pleased to arrange a massage or other treatments upon surcharge for you!

Your Journey —

Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

Transfers: Private transfers can be added at the next stage of booking process for an additional fee

Car Hire: can be added at the next stage of booking process for an additional fee (flight inclusive offers only)

Approximate time/distance from Salzburg Airport is 1 hour 15 minutes/102km.

Car Hire —

Please note you cannot be guaranteed a specific make of car within a certain group.
The minimum age for driving a hire car in Austria is 21 and drivers must have held a full driving licence for a least 1 year.

The lead name on the booking will be confirmed as the named driver.  The named driver must present a credit card in their name when collecting the car (credit cards in other names will not be accepted).

The named driver must also present a full valid driving licence on collection of the vehicle and in some cases a credit card or cash deposit will be required.

Please ensure that you check your car hire documents carefully once received as this will advise if there are any taxes/charges to be paid locally as well as potential mileage restrictions.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers
You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, Meet & Greet, car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
