Your Itinerary —
During their stay, our members will follow the itinerary as seen below.
After a long flight, you will arrive at Vietnam's nearly thousand year old capital – Hanoi. Your guide will meet you at Noi Bai Airport and transfer you to the hotel in the city centre. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight in Hanoi.
Optional: Vietnamese traditional massage at Sen Garden
Do you know what Vietnamese traditional massage is? Today, we would like to give you a chance to experience the Sen Garden Spa upon your arrival in Hanoi. The massage session with several stages (herbal bath, steam bath, Vietnamese massage) which lasts for about 2 hours will help you relax completely after a long flight.
Day 2: Hanoi - Free Time (Breakfast and Lunch Included)
Breakfast at your hotel. The day starts with visit to the complex dedicated to Ho Chi Minh – the nation’s founder, containing Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum (viewed from outside), house on stilts and One Pillar Pagoda, whose origins date back to the foundation of city. After that, visit the Tran Quoc Pagoda located on the island of West Lake which is the oldest in Hanoi and known for its rare beauty and Van Mieu – Quoc Tu Giam (Temple of Literature & Vietnam’s first university). Lunch at a local restaurant. Afternoon, visit Vietnam Museum of Ethnology (closed every Monday), which offers an insight into the 54 different ethnic groups of Vietnam. Then the Saint Joseph Cathedral, the oldest church in Hanoi and Vietnam. Overnight in Hanoi.
After breakfast, your guide and driver will meet you at your hotel and drive you to Ninh Binh. Arriving in Ninh Binh after about 2h drive, take a bike ride to discover the villages, the typical rural landscape of the Red River Delta and the ancient Bich Dong Pagoda. Lunch at a Mr. Khuyen’s restaurant. In the afternoon, continue the road to a small landing stage which is still a little known site of the tourists, then take a traditional boat ride in the poetic landscapes of Thung Nham. Relax yourself between the limestone peaks and stop on the way to visit the impressive But Cave. Head to your hotel in Ninh Binh, check in and relax. Overnight in Ninh Binh.
After breakfast, you will depart by road to Ha Long Bay, a World Heritage Area of outstanding natural beauty. Travel through the rich farmlands of the Delta of Red River and the landscape of rice fields, water buffalo, and the daily life of the Vietnamese village. Upon arrival, welcome aboard. Enjoy a welcome drink before check in at your cabin. While the boat is passing many rocky islets, caves, floating villages and beaches, your lunch will be served on board with fresh seafood. Explore a beautiful cave and enjoy the sunset on the bay. Later on, the boat moves to a quiet area to dock for overnight stay. Dinner is served on board.

After Taichi class, light breakfast is served. Then, the boat cruises through the bay to see more islands and Islets. Check out and enjoy brunch on board. At about 11.00 – 12.00, disembark and drive straight to Hanoi. Arrive at your hotel around late afternoon, check in and relax. Overnight in Hanoi.
After breakfast, enjoy free time until you transfer to Noi Bai Airport for a flight to Luang Prabang. After landing, transfer to your hotel to check in and enjoy an overnight stay.
Day 7: Luang Prabang Visit (Breakfast and Lunch Included)
Breakfast at your hotel, 08:45, your guide and the Tuk Tuk driver will pick you up at your hotel. Take the road to the suburbs of Luang Prabang to visit a typical Laotian family. After being greeted and discussed with the host, you will have the chance to learn more about the traditional customs of the Laotians, also their daily life, their culture and all that ensues thereafter. Then, visit a local market before returning to the host house and participate in preparing a typical Laotian lunch.Enjoy lunch with the hosts and exchange your stories with them.Afternoon, start visiting the National Museum (closed Tuesdays) at the former Royal Palace, which was built in 1904 and was home to King Sisavang Vong (1905–1959), whose statue stands outside. You will have the chance to visit a lovely collection of the artifacts reflecting the richness of Lao culture dating from the days of the early..In the afternoon, enjoy a short visit to admire the Wat Sene, the oldest temple in the city, then the magnificent Wat Xiengthong, one of the landmarks and icons of Luang Prabang’s plethora of Buddhist temples with the unique roof that goes down almost to the ground. Overnight in Luang Prabang.
After breakfast, meet your guide and driver then enjoy boat cruise upstream on the Mekong River, which also gives us a panoramic view of the tranquil countryside as well as an interesting visit to the mysterious of Pak Ou Caves, two linked caves crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes left by pilgrims. Along the way, we stop at the small village of Ban Xanghai, where the local rice wine is distilled. We return to Luang Prabang in the afternoon, on the way we take a short drive to Ban Phanom, a small village well known for its hand weaving.Lunch at a local restaurant.In the afternoon, continue to visit Kuang Si Waterfall. Here you can take a dip in the inviting pools or walk along the forest trails surrounding the waterfall. We return to Luang Prabang by late afternoon.After that, climb to the summit of Mount Phousi for an enjoyable exploration of the sacred, gilded stupa as well as a beautiful sunset view of the city and the Mekong River. From there, we explore Street Night Market, where you can find the lovely collection and handmade textile by local and hill tribe people surrounding Luang Prabang. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Day 10: Luang Prabang - Departure (Breakfast Included)
After breakfast, enjoy free time on your own until you transfer to the airport for your return flight home.

Optional 3-night Extension in Siem Reap, Cambodia —
After breakfast, enjoy free time on your own until meet our driver for a transfer to airport to take the flight to Siem Reap. Upon landing, meet the driver then transfer to hotel and check in. Overnight in Siem Reap.
After breakfast, 08.00 transfer to the floating village of Kampong Kleang, located 60kms away, east of Siem Reap, and one of the largest floating villages on Tonle Sap. Kompong Khleang is a permanent community within the flood plain of the Lake, with an economy based in fishing and surrounded by flooded forest. The community largely depends on fishing for survival all year round. Take a hiking trip in the village to meet the shy & friendly locals then a traditional boat ride on the canals.Return to Siem Reap and have lunch at a local restaurant.
Note: The boat ride on the Tonle Sap is not recommended during the dry season (March to August) due to the lack of water. During this period, this tour can be replaced by the excursion as below:After breakfast, take the tuk tuk to explore one of the local villages where you can see the daily activities of the locals. Wander around the village to meet shy but humble villagers. Many children and adults will offer friendly smiles and "bonDay" during your visits to their village. After that, visit a local market where you will discover an unknown mix of colours, smells and sounds as you walk through the small alleys and meet some of the friendliest Khmer people who sell and buy a variety of foods and households.
In the afternoon, visit the National Museum which consists of several galleries spreading over two floors from a circular inclined ramp and showing the entire history of the Khmer civilization. Late on, stop at a local market where you have the opportunity to taste spiders, local dishes ... Overnight in Siem Reap.
08.30, we take the tuk tuk on the less travelled roads to cross the jungle passing local villages and local shops. You will have the chance to explore some of the most beautiful temples of Angkor. You will visit from the West Gate of Angkor Thom – undiscovered by mass tourist: The ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12th century), see the South Gate, Bayon Temple – unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King. Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, you will visit the famous temple: Angkor Wat. Angkor Wat is a World Heritage Site since 1992, famous for its beauty and splendour. Angkor Wat features the longest continuous bas-relief in the world, which runs along the outer gallery walls and narrates stories from Hindu mythology. Return to the hotel. Overnight in Siem Reap.
Day 13: Siem Reap - Departure (Breakfast Included)
After breakfast, enjoy free time on your own until you transfer to the airport for your return flight home.
