Your Itinerary in Detail —
Day 1: Hanoi - Arrival
Upon arrival at Noi Bai airport in Hanoi, you will be greeted by your guide and transferred to your hotel in the city centre for check-in.
Relax after this long trip to the other side of the world.

Day 2: Hanoi sightseeing (Breakfast/Lunch (excluding drinks)

Known as the cultural and historical center of the country, Ha Noi has more than 1000 years of history and has gone through many ups and downs that give it its charm.
Set out on a tour of the city's history and culture. Meet your guide and head to the historic Huu Tiep Lake in Ngoc Ha village.
Later, visit the complex dedicated to Ho Chi Minh, the founder of the nation. Make the first stop at the historic Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (only visible from the outside), an imposing monument built for Uncle Ho's final resting place. Visit the One Pillar Pagoda, built in 1049 of wood on a single stone pillar, designed to resemble a lotus flower, a symbol of purity.
In the afternoon, visit the Temple of Literature, the first university in Vietnam. Built in the 11th century, this amazing temple is a rare example of well-preserved traditional Vietnamese architecture and is featured on the back of the Vietnamese 100,000 dong banknote.

Day 3: Hanoi - Mai Chau - Avana Retreat
Depart downtown Ha Noi early in the morning for a scenic 3-hour drive southwest to Mai Chau, a valley nestled between two towering cliffs and surrounded by emerald green rice fields.
Make a stop at Ba Khan hamlet, where mountain and water come together to form a vivid picture. Ba Khan Lake is considered a miniature Ha Long Bay, with rocks of all shapes and sizes emerging from the water's surface. Immerse yourself in nature by enjoying a relaxing boat ride that offers many photo opportunities.
Arrive in Mai Chau at lunchtime.
Check into your accommodation and take a short break, then head out for a walking tour through picturesque landscapes of mountains and rice fields.
Your guide will facilitate interesting discussions with local hill tribe villagers for an insight into their traditional customs and daily activities including rice planting, buffalo herding, traditional house building and handicrafts...

Day 4: Mai Chau - Moc Chau plateau - Mai Chau - Avana Retreat (Breakfast, lunch (excluding drinks)

Enjoy a free day all to yourself! You will have either a relaxing day at Avana Retreat or a guided tour (no extra charge) to visit a Hmong village, and observe their daily life and traditional customs.
Overnight in Mai Chau.
Day 5: Mai Chau - Ha Noi
After breakfast, rise early in the morning to enjoy the unique atmosphere and rural setting of beautiful mountains and quiet villages.
Stroll quietly along the silent village paths, greeting the friendly villagers along the way.
After lunch, return to Ha Noi city center by private vehicle.
Check-in at your hotel. End of the day at leisure.

Day 6: Hanoi - Halong Bay - Overnight on board

Between 8:00 and 8:45 am, the driver will pick you up in the lobby of your hotel.
Enjoy your transfer from Ha Noi to Ha Long Bay, a World Heritage Site. Upon arrival, you will embark on one of the most luxurious cruises in the bay,

You will sail across the bay while having your breakfast. You will pass by several rocks and islets, caves and fish villages. Disembarkation around 10:30 - 11:00 am. Transfer to Noi Bai airport for the flight to Nha Trang.
Upon arrival, transfer without a guide to your hotel. Free time to relax.
