Teh Dar Show:
The New Vietnam Circus, Teh Dar, in the K'ho language of a minority ethnic group in the center of the country, means circling around a fire. Mixing acrobatics, dances and musical creations with infinite grace, fifteen acrobats and five musicians take us to this mountainous region of the Altiplano. The soul and the mysterious power of the culture of this country, with its ritual festivals, its masks and its music, are the source of inspiration for this show that takes the audience from the beginning by a procession dotted with drums and music.
Hoi An Memory Show:
The colourful and dazzling night music show recalls the memories of Hoi An, a bustling commercial port of Southeast Asia with a history spanning over 400 years. With the participation of 500 actors, the largest outdoor visual arts show in this country includes folk and contemporary dances, ballet with state-of-the-art lighting technology and sophisticated sound effects, which gives us the culture and history of the Hoi An city. Join the show and capture the essence of the fascinating culture of Vietnam.
Your guide and driver will meet you at your hotel, then drive you to the Master Pagoda. Located about 30km west of Hanoi, the Master's Pagoda (Chua Thay), was built during the reign of King Ly Nhan Tong to pay tribute to Tu Dao Hanh, founder of the Vietnam Water Puppetry, also known for his exemplary religious life.
You arrive in Ninh Binh after 2 hours drive. Take a rowboat ride on the Ngo River Dong punctuated by limestone caves and karstic rock formations. The boat successively passes the 3 cellars dug in the sugar loaves. Return to the dock after a two-hour ride. In the afternoon, you take a bike ride to visit the villages, then the Bich Dong Pagoda.
Your guide will pick you up at your hotel around 08:00. You will then take the road to visit My Son (traces of the Champa Kingdom), a World Heritage Site since 1999, located 40 km southwest of Hoi An.
Nestled in a lush valley, My Son was the political capital and spiritual Cham, with red brick towers and shrines with remnants of other great civilizations of Southeast Asia, such as Angkor Wat in Cambodia, Bagan in Burma, Ayutthaya in Thailand and Borobudur in Indonesia. These towers and sanctuaries were built from the 7th to the 13th centuries.
You will continue your journey by discovering Hoi An by hiking around the city and its marvellous harbour. Follow the narrow streets lined by Chinese, Japanese, French and European architecture and visit the many sights: the 400-year-old Japanese Bridge, the Phuc Kien Meeting Room, the local fish market ... Around the city, you can admire art galleries and tailor shops.
