An 18th-century mansion and Georgian house, De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor was home to Lord Weymouth and his family. Delight in the quintessential English design of the stately buildings, surrounded by 40 acres of parkland grounds with natural ponds and specially commissioned sculptures, all set close to the River Thames.
While the estate itself seems to be situated in the heart of the English countryside, the hotel is just 3 miles from Windsor and 15 minutes from Heathrow. With locally inspired seasonal menus, the 1705 Restaurant and Bar is the latest addition to dining at De Vere Beaumont Estate. Guests can choose to dine in the light and airy, wooden-floored restaurant with its feature ceiling, or take drinks on the comfy sofas in the adjoining bar. The Beaumont Restaurant is dedicated to showcasing the very best of British food and suppliers, with its range of classic British dishes and international favourites.
Your Time
Originally known as Remenham, there has been an estate on the hotel grounds since the end of the 14th century. It was once home to Beaumont College, a public school, and now the distinguished buildings and 40 acres of parkland are available for guests to explore and enjoy.
Those looking for a more energetic activity than a leisurely stroll can make use of the fully equipped gym and tennis courts. The estate is perfectly situated for visits to a whole host of attractions and days out, including Windsor Castle, a deer park, LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort and the Windsor & Eton Brewery.

Windsor —
Windsor enjoys a superb location and individual charm. The town’s unmistakable centrepiece is Windsor Castle itself, one of the Queen’s official residences and a pleasantly imposing English landmark. You can stroll through the charming and historic Old Town or walk along the Thames Path to Alexander Gardens.
The world-famous Eton College is also just across the Thames, where you can take a guided tour of the world-famous school that has seen no less than 17 British Prime Ministers pass through over the years.
