The Rosevine is the perfect place for a relaxed break on the Cornish coast. This 5* guest accommodation (rated by Visit England) is located just a few steps from the beach, with stunning views of the Roseland Heritage Coast, here you are immersed in the tranquil countryside, and the cosy and modern interiors of this guesthouse offer the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. Offering a lounge area with a wood burning stove and a children's play area, there are plenty of ways to unwind - you can even take a dip in the indoor pool!

At the restaurant, try a range of freshly-prepared dishes including the best in local produce, and you can even lunch on the lawn overlooking the beach on a sunny day!

Or, you might opt for the Studio Apartment, a more spacious room perfect for a more indulgent break! Located on the upper floors, these rooms all feature great views of the gardens and the sea, as well as a large open-plan living space perfect for relaxing in the evening. As with Slate Rooms, these rooms offer a fully-equipped kitchenette and dining area as well as a TV and en-suite bathroom.

This offer is based on a Half Board stay (Breakfast and 3-course evening meal served in main restaurant - excludes drinks). If you are choosing the Two-Night Stay, this offer is based on a Bed & Breakfast stay with a 3-course dinner on the first night only.

Distance from Truro Train Station to The Rosevine: 23.7 km / 30 min drive.

From London to Bristol: take the M4 to junction 20 and then join the M5 motorway signposted south west, Bristol (west) airport

From Bristol to Exeter: take the M5 to junction 31

From Exeter: leave M5 at junction 31, merge onto A30.  Continue on the A30 for about 60 miles. Take the left exit signposted B3275. (Shortly after this exit is a T junction. Turn left passing under a bridge. Go over the mini roundabout following signs for Ladock). Just after Ladock village, turn right at the junction towards Truro. At the next junction turn left, joining the A390. After one mile turn right onto the A3078 towards Tregony and St Mawes. Follow this road for approximately eight miles (passing over Tregony bridge and continuing towards St Mawes). Just before you reach the turning for Gerrans and Portscatho, you will see the sign for the Rosevine. Turn left and follow the road through the village and down towards the beach. The Rosevine is on the right hand side just before you reach the beach (after approximately one mile).
