The Kas Peninsula Gardens 5* is located in the small town of Kas, on the stunning Turquoise Coast of Turkey. This is a quiet, pleasant town with a deep blue sea and narrow streets scented with jasmine flowers; its town centre is a delightful confusion of cobbled streets, wooden balconies spilling with flowers, inviting restaurants, and enticing shops. 

There are plenty of little, quiet cafes serving home cooking, one off boutiques, antique shops, and soul and jazz bars to relax in after a day on the beach or exploring the sights of this beautiful stretch of coastline. The town is also one of the leading spots for diving in Turkey, and if you decide to try diving in Kas you can expect to see a beautiful array of fish and other sea creatures like octopus and possibly dolphins, and also some ancient ship wrecks.

You must ensure you have a valid passport to travel on.


British nationals need a visa to enter Turkey, except for cruise ship passengers with ‘British Citizen’ passports who arrive at seaports for tourist visits to the port city or nearby cities, provided that the visit doesn’t exceed 72 hours. 


You can get an e-Visa online before you travel through the official Republic of Turkey e-Visa website. An e-visa costs $20 and you can pay using a credit or debit card. You can apply up to 3 months in advance of your travel date. From 29 October 2018, self-service e-Visa kiosks and Wi-Fi areas where visitors can apply for an e-Visa on arrival will no longer be available in Turkish airports - you must apply for your e-Visa before you travel.


For non-British citizens, you should check visa requirements with the Turkish Consulate General before you travel. 


Health
