Paloma Marina Suites 4* —
Paloma Marina Suites 4* is a quiet, adults-only hotel just over the road from a handsome, yacht-filled harbour. Edged by a pocket of pastry-coloured sand, the hotel sits just outside lively Kusadası, but the main throng of shops and bars are within 10 minutes' walk.
The hotel is just 200m from the beach, although guests may prefer to soak up the sunshine by the outdoor pool, which has its own bar on raised-up decking beside it. The roster of three restaurants includes a refined à la carte close to the shoreline with views of the sea and marina beyond.
Situated 20 km from the ancient Greek city Ephesus, the hotel is an ideal spot for history lovers and those keen to explore the rich heritage of the island. It’s a short drive to the shrine said to be the former house of the Virgin Mary, and Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport is an hour’s drive away.

Tropical cocktails are served at the pool bar, which stays open until 10pm, while the lobby bar stays open until the early hours of the morning for guests simply having too much fun to go to sleep.
