It has also become famous for the diversity and quality of its many restaurants, cafes and bistros.

Surrounded by places of fascinating historic, cultural and scenic interest, Kalkan's quiet, unspoilt charm will beguile you, and the views are like breathtaking. Do as little or as much as you like here - explore or simply relax and savour the amazing views.

This is Mediterranean living at its best. The amply furnished shady terrace with its centrepiece of a huge date palm is the perfect place for summer living with cushion filled rattan seating and a dining table.

It’s just steps to the mosaic tiled infinity pool with cascading overflow, decked surround with sunbeds & a few steps descend from the pool to an attractive lawn which is dotted with sunbeds & a hanging chair. Separate steps lead down from the pool terrace to the lower ground level. These pass the utility and caretaker’s room and onto another lawn with elegant garden furniture in which to relax & enjoy those fabulous views!
The interior of the house is very comfortable with rich dark wood and features two magnificent master bedrooms both with access to the vast upper terrace. A small secluded shady courtyard provides a peaceful retreat to retire to with a good book. There is also a twin bedroom on the ground floor.

Your Board Basis —

This offer is based on a self-catering stay with fresh baguettes delivered daily.

Your villa comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen, so you'll have everything you need to create superb meals with your friends and family.  A welcome hamper containing coffee, milk, bread & wine, will be provided in all villas on arrival.

There are a handful of very good local restaurants with within walking distance of your villa. Kalkan town, just a 10-minute drive, offers larger supermarkets and a weekly fruit and vegetable market. There are many restaurants, cafes and bars in Kalkan town centre.

Your Time —

At Your Villa
Both villas have a superb, infinity swimming pool.  Pool towels are supplied so enjoy the water and sunbathe to your hearts' content. Steps lead down the cliff front to the sea, where you will find secluded bathing platforms. Mahal Beach Club with its seafront restaurant is also here, so spend some time at this romantic hideaway.

Beaches
The sea and beach clubs in Kalkan town are approximately a 10-minute drive from the villa. Both Kaputaş beach and Patara beach are approximately 20-minutes away.

Flights: The flights included are with either a scheduled or no frills airline and are subject to live availability and prices can change. You can choose your preferred departure times during the booking process. Please select your flight options carefully as departure and arrival airports may differ.

Transfers: Transfers are included. 

Distance from Dalaman airport: 1 hour 50 minutes.

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Flight Inclusive Offers
You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours.

Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible.

The airline is ticketless and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website.

You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

If you have booked transfers, car hire or airport lounges, you will receive a separate voucher for each of these services. Please note that transfer vouchers are sent directly from the transfer supplier.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
