Costa Adeje —
If you’re looking for a beachfront resort to soak up some sun, indulge in retail therapy, and try some exciting watersports, Costa Adeje truly offers it all. On the eastern coast of Tenerife, Costa Adeje has transformed into a quiet fishing village to one of the island’s top destinations for families and couples alike, offering luxurious resorts, a wealth of restaurants, and stunning beaches to boot.
For families, Siam Park is the place to spend an afternoon, with its exciting water slides, while Aqualand offers water attractions as well as an exciting dolphin show. To see wildlife up close, try the beach of Playa Paraiso, where a host of marine life can be spotted with a snorkel, or hop on a boat and go whale and dolphin spotting. For a more fast-paced afternoon, hire a jetski and feel the thrill of rushing over the waves!
As a popular beach resort, you’ll find a wealth of restaurants and bars, offering everything from well-priced cocktails to Italian and Mexican cuisine. However, for a true taste of Tenerife, hunt down some fresh seafood - paella is especially popular on the island, as is a Canarian staple, Papas Arrugadas and Mojo, a spicy dish of potatoes and salsa.
