Alcudia is a beautiful historic town located in the north of Mallorca, lined with restaurants, cafes, beautiful terraces, boutiques and more.

Remnants of Alcudia's dramatic past can be found all over. It was first inhabited by the Phoenicians and Greeks, then later established by the Roman settlement of Pollentia. It was attacked by Vandals, Byzantines and Arabs, before finally being conquered by Catalan Christians, who all left their mark on the town.

The historic centre of Alcúdia is enclosed by a town wall, erected in the 14^th century to protect Alcudia’s inhabitants. Now, the once hectic streets welcome visitors to take a leisurely stroll and explore its storied past.
