Your Destinations —
Cape Town
Cape Town is renowned for being one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Situated at the base of Table Mountain, it is the capital city of the Western Cape. Whether you are looking for history, natural beauty or a cosmopolitan lifestyle, the 'Mother City' has it all.
There is such a diversity of attractions and activities you will not be disappointed with your city experience. Offering fantastic views of the city, Table Mountain dominates the skyline. For natural surroundings, there are gardens, beaches and vineyards all close by. Cape Town is steeped in history and many of the museums and monuments have much to tell. For a cosmopolitan and lively experience, visit the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront with a wide variety of shops, restaurants and craft markets.
Cape Town overwhelms the senses. Its cultivated side, the bright lights and big buildings of the city center, collides with its geography — the dazzle and danger of the wind-whipped mountains and the two oceans that embrace it.
Stellenbosch dates back to 1679 and resides no more than half an hour’s drive from the cosmopolitan buzz of Cape Town. Discover a relaxed, small-town atmosphere and leisurely lifestyle, no doubt helped by the stunning natural scenery. The views over vineyards, mountains and orchards are simply mesmerising.
The famous and scenically stunning Garden Route stretches between the towns of Mossel Bay and Port Elizabeth. Bordered on one side by the sea and on the other, by mountains. Taking a few days to drive along this route, stopping at some of the pretty little towns, is an opportunity to absorb some of the amazing beauty of South Africa.
Knysna stands out on South Africa's famed Garden Route thanks to the sandstone cliffs that dramatically separate its tranquil lagoon from the pounding surf of the Indian Ocean. It's also home to the country's largest indigenous forest.
It is easy to be seduced by the city’s cosmopolitan carpe diem lifestyle and spend a few days on safari too, but the Western Cape itself is a wonderful area to explore by car... This is the kind of holiday that invites introspection, the scenery constantly changing around you, the pace of each new discovery entirely in your hands.

Your Itinerary In Brief —
Day 1
Upon arrival in South Africa, you will be transferred to your hotel for your 3-night stay in Cape Town.
Day 2-3
Explore Cape Town attractions at your own pace on a Hop-On Hop-Off Sightseeing Tour. The two main scenic routes – there’s a heritage-rich city centre route (red route) and a breathtakingly beautiful mini-peninsula route (blue route).
The Mother City is probably the most popular starting point for any visit to South Africa and it is here that you can see world-renowned, historical landmarks; climb the summit of Table Mountain, head to Cape Point and more!
See the resident penguins of Boulders Beach; head to the Cape of Good Hope or relish in an adrenaline-filled shark dive, not far out of the city!
other highlights include Table Mountain, Devil’s Peak, Lion’s Head, Signal Hill and more!
Day 4
Collect your rental car & set off for famously beautiful Stellenbosch in Western Cape. In this region, guests can discover the Cape Winelands - the origin of some of the world's most popular wines and a destination of ultimate indulgence and relaxation just north of Cape Town.
Spend the day exploring or simply relaxing and drink in the sites of this mountainous wine region. Try internationally renowned, fine wines and amazing gastronomy too - you don't need to worry about driving at this point because here, you'll do an overnight stay!
Must see: Stellenbosch, Paarl, Franschhoek and Somerset West - each of these destinations are easy to access in the car and boast their own wine route. You can travel from one estate to the next to taste the wines!
Day 6
Leave Stellenbosch & continue along the Garden Route to the harbour town of Mossel Bay.
Enjoy a tranquil eco-destination where opportunities for observing nature is in abundance! We suggest that you visit the Culture History or the Maritime Museum and take some time out for a hike on the St Blaize Trail - this coastal path will take you through an almost untouched landscape.
Mossel Bay is also a sports enthusiast’s paradise and the ideal place to venture out on a boat trip – head to Seal Island, where you can get a close encounter with some Cape fur seals or go whale watching!
Day 7-8
Proceed to travel further along the Garden Route and spend 2 nights in the countryside - but not before stopping at famous George or Knysna town.
Knysna is built around a huge, natural lagoon, which is connected to the ocean - any visitor of this town will love the striking geological features and the beautiful coastline views. Best known for its oyster farming, Knysna is a great spot for food lovers!
You can also head across the lagoon to see the Featherbed Nature Reserve - this is one of the largest indigenous forests in South Africa, where you can enjoy a hike and forest trail!
Day 9
Today's journey takes you along the famous Storms River in the Eastern Cape province. Adventure junkies will love taking part in various outdoor activities including a bungy, mountain biking, bridge-walking and more!
Day 10 - 11
Spend your last bit of time exploring Port Elizabeth. This is a city on Algoa Bay and a major port, which is best known to tourists for its numerous beaches. Top up your tan on the beach or opt for a cheetah encounter at the Kragga Kamma Game Park, it's really up to you!
