Your Itinerary —

Day 1: UK - Morocco
Upon arrival at Marrakesh Airport you will be transferred to your hotel is the Atlas Mountains.  

Overnight at Kasbah Agounsane with breakfast & dinner included. 

Day 2: Ourika Valley
Today you will be free to do whatever you wish, including local activities that can be arranged at the hotel or the below optional extras.

Day 3: Ourika Valley - Asni - Marrakesh
After breakfast, depart your hotel and embark on a private tour through 3 of the Atlas Mountain's beautiful valleys where you will experience traditional Berber life.  As your 4x4 ventures into the impressive mountain range you will be greeted by the lush Ourika Valley with its idyllic waterfalls & the timeless villages of the Sit Fatna Valley.

Drive the spectacular mountain roads, marvel at the powerful waterfalls & see the native women extract Argan Oil.  But there's more to this day then pretty panoramas, you will also see traditional villages and get the chance to dine with a local family.

Pass acres of almond, peach & walnut trees in the Asni Valley then head to the picturesque Takerkoust Lake & the distinctive Kik Plateau.

Day 4: Marrakesh
After breakfast you will be greeted in reception by your local guide & head out on your walking tour of the souks & Medina of Marrakesh.

Experience the hustle and bustle of life in Marrakech during this walking tour of the city. Visit the dramatic Almohades Koutoubia Minaret, a masterpiece of Hispano-Moresque art, then continue to Bahia Palace which is surrounded by beautiful gardens filled with fruit trees and sweet smelling flowers. Built in the 19th century, the palace was intended to be the greatest Palace of its time.  Here, the path turns unexpectedly, revealing a building which exudes Moorish charm, with a hint of Art Deco, painted in vibrant colours. 

Explore the labyrinth of narrow alley ways making up the colourful and bustling souks of Marrakesh. Experience the aroma of the herbs and spices; see the copper and bronze artists at work, visit the forged ironmongers, and pottery souk. Head to the Berber apothecary for a display of magic potions, spices and a refreshing mint tea, the traditional baker’s oven, and finally visit the dyers souk. Finish your visit of the souks at the Djemâa el Fna Square (the ‘Square of the Extinct’).

As the sun sets over Koutoubia, the Marrakchis come out to sell their wares, from fruit to alarm clocks, snake charmers and water sellers, fortune tellers and public scribes, tumblers and dentists, soothsayers and magicians, all to the African beat of the Gnaoua musicians.  The afternoon is free to do as you wish.

Day 5: Marrakesh
Today you are free to do whatever you choose.  In the evening you will be treated to an evening tour of Marrakesh via a horse drawn carriage.  So board your carriage and start exploring the city.  This romantic tour will take you past the 12th century ramparts which protects the old town & pass by the grand babs (gates) which are beautifully illuminated at this time of night.

Trot by glowing fountains at the luxurious La Mamounia Hotel and into the Hivernage area. See the Koutoubia Mosque and its rose bush gardens elegantly lit in the evening light.  Pass La Kasbah and Agnaou Door on your way to Djemaa El Fnaa Square — the biggest barbecue in the world. Step out and join the throngs of people. Feel the heartbeat of the city and watch the people of Marrakech go about their evening routines.

Day 6: Morocco - UK
After breakfast you will be transferred to Marrakesh Airport, however our members can choose to extend their stay for up to 2 days.

Meet & Greet —

If you are driving to the airport in the UK, and book our package including flights, you may wish to add our Meet and Greet service. Take the hassle out of airport parking and have an official representative take your car on arrival, and it will be waiting for you on your return.

This can be added at the next stage of booking process where available.

Your Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel Documents —

Once the booking process is complete, you will receive an automatic confirmation email from Voyage Prive detailing your chosen travel arrangements.

Your official ATOL receipt and booking confirmation issued by the Tour Operator will follow within 5 days.

We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure. Generally, travel documents are sent via email however, in some cases they will be sent by post.

If you have booked Meet & Greet, you will receive a separate voucher for this via email.

Please do make sure that you add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list and check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents.

Important Information —

Our price does not include a compulsory city tax which is payable locally (price is subject to change without prior notice).  Prices are as follows:
    -  Kasbah Agounsane: €2,50 per person per night
    -  Opera Plaza Hotel: €2 per person per night
