Your Hotel —

Located on Tulum beach, the Ana y José Charming Hotel & Spa awaits you for an incredible Caribbean break. You will love soaking up the sunshine on the hotel's white sandy private beach. The hotel boasts an ideal location, surrounded by lush vegetation, yet close to the city centre and the major historical sites, for an unforgettable stay!

For the perfect start to your holiday, you will be treated to a complimentary bottle of wine (one per room and per stay) and a local beverage (one per person and per stay) upon arrival.

Sleep

Choose from two different types of room during your stay. Although the rooms may be different in terms of decor and character, they have one thing in common: they have been designed to ensure you enjoy a truly relaxing stay!

- Garden View Suite (48 m² / max 3 persons - 2 adults max): This garden view room is surrounded by lush vegetation. You will enjoy access to the pool, which you will be sharing with the guests of the 3 other neighbouring rooms, but not with the rest of the hotel.

- Suite  Ocean View (48 m² / max 2 persons): This luxurious and comfortable Suite features a lovely living space and a stunning sea view. You will love waking up to the incredible views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea!

Please note: the bed for the 3rd/4th guest sharing is likely to be a sofa bed or camp style bed.

Taste

The hotel serves breakfast and traditional Mexican cuisine, inspired by Mayan culture. You can enjoy your meal next to the sea, with the sound of the waves in the background. Choose from a selection of seafood and typical Mexican dishes, and don't miss out on the delicious cocktails!

Experience

By plane:
- Cancun Airport is located 123 km away from the hotel.

Contract —

If you book a package which includes flights, your contract will be with Voyage Privé. The air holiday package(s) shown are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is 10170.

If you book a package which does not include flights, then ATOL protection does not apply. Your contract will be with the provider of the accommodation and not Voyage Privé. Voyage Privé acts only as agent for the accommodation provider.

Travel documents —

You will receive an email confirming your booking within the next 48 hours. Please check all details on this confirmation are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please notify us as soon as possible. 

Accommodation Only:
You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Flight Inclusive Offers
The airline is ticket-less and therefore, you will not receive any hard copy documents. You will however, receive an email from us detailing your flight information and reference number to enable you to manage your booking online via the airline website. You will also receive an accommodation voucher for presentation at the hotel reception at point of check-in.

Please do make sure that you either add Voyage Privé to your Safe Senders list or check your Junk mail regularly for your travel documents. We will send all documents out as early as possible (subject to full payment being received) but you should receive all your documentation at least 10 days prior to departure.
